Lost Pines Full Service Car Wash and Oil & Lube Center, Bastrop TX

I finally found somewhere I can go and feel confident I'm being taken care of. They answered all my questions and had an oil changed done here and got a free car wash definitely coming here for my oil changes.

Great service and inspection! Also came back the next day for an oil change which was also was great. Appreciate Kenny, and Cameron's personality and willingness to educate the consumer.

Great place fast super friendly crew went for inspection. Crew laughed at my husband jokes which is always a plus. Car guy thing I guess. I'd recommend been twice on my husband cars he rebuilds for customers and we have few more plus our own coming up.

I have 2 oversized vehicles that I’ve been taking to Lost Pines Full Service for some time without issue. I try to pick times that aren’t busy since they have to be hand washed, and they take a long time to begin with. I pulled up last week with 1 vehicle ahead of me in line and no others in progress. I figured it would be a great time to have my truck washed since it wasn’t busy at all. The attendant walked up and said that I’d basically be waiting at least 2 hours since they were about to send everyone to lunch and they wouldn’t have anyone to wash my vehicle. He suggested I come back early in the morning so it could get done quicker. Today I showed up much earlier…again with one car in front of me and nothing in the detail bays. This time, I was told that hand washes were treated as details, and only seen on an appointment basis and that he wouldn’t wash my vehicle today. This place has been going downhill and this is the final straw for me. I’d get it if they were slammed and couldn’t get to me, but they were empty.

Not very happy. I get the best "platnum" wash but they don't detail the curves that the wash misses so I have streaks and whole panels of dirt still showing.

Man S/O to Dave! I came again after getting denied a wash last week around the time of 5: 45 PM! Dave came up to me & recognize that I made a negative review on the site he proceeds to apologize we talked about it & moved on!
This time I got a top tier wash S/O to Dave again! That’s real professionalism that we need in this word great guy, great businessman. Customer satisfaction at its best! 6 Stars for sure now!

Best for car wash and inspection. Got an oil change and they completed a $120 service only to tell me after the oil pan gasket was leaking. They also failed to reattach the washer to the oil drain plug, which leaked even more oil. Nice folks, subpar work. Won’t be back.

This place was the best! I couldn’t get my drain plug removed for an oil change that I usually do on my own and use my friend’s shop and tools to do so. Due to Covid I couldn’t go there this time around and my van was so sluggish I couldn’t wait any longer. Colin was happily willing and able to remove it for me without charging me! And I didn’t have to wait. My van runs great again! Amazing customer service! Thanks Lost Pines and Colin!

Today I went in for an oil change and those guys were so nice to me. They had other concerns on my car and being a woman they didn't speak to me like most would sometimes. They kept coming in to explain, kept me informed, sat next to me to show me what they saw and they were the sweetest guys. I reallyyyyy appreciated their service today and I hope they get to see this review. Definitely recommend!

Kollin was amazing. I brought my car in to check my fluids on my car as I was going out of town. The service was fast and amazing and on top of that it was free. Thank you Kollin. I definitely recommend this business!

Posted business hours are unreliable. Call before you go there. I went there to get a gift certificate for my wife's Christmas present. We don't live in Bastrop; so it was a chunk of time out of my day. When I got there, the office was locked-up. I went next door to the service center and she said the Car Wash office is closed if they decide the weather doesn't justify it. Yeah, it was drizzling a bit. The problem is.all I wanted was a gift certificate for one of their expensive detailing services. Long drive home.

They did a wonderful job and took time to make my truck to look great!
$25 exterior wash (with a lot of extras) and $20 for inside cleaning (I’m so glad they offer this because I did not feel like doing it myself). It worked perfect for me. They do have more economical options if you just want a simple wash.
Reason for not giving 5 stars, my windshield was not cleaned that great on the inside. When the sun glared on it is when I noticed so I had to wipe it down again.

Everytime I take my car here i receive the most friendly and honest service. I truly appreciate them and would recommend them highly to anyone.

It took them 1hr 5min to do the oil change from start to finish.
First They dont have the oil filter, so they went and bought one.then they fill the wrong oil, glad i did notice the empty container and i told the person.
Then again drained it and fill with right one.

Could not have been a faster or more convenient way of replacing my battery (they tested it first). Also got my inspection done and Kollin was helpful knowledgeable and professional.

Been using this place for a few years now. They consistently provide awesome service and everyone here has been friendly. They take care of ya.

Terrible. I am sitting out front using their own cleaning supplies to continue to clean the interior of my car. Multiple employees have walked by and no one is wondering why a customer is outside cleaning her own car after the service was complete.
