I called to get a quote, but man who answered was arrogant and unhelpful. I asked for an average price on recliner upholstery but he kept saying bring it. Why would I bring a recliner and then find out it did pan out. I took my business elsewhere.

These guys did an excellent job on my seat in my '87 step-side GMC. I've searched everywhere to match the fabric with no luck. These guys have anything you want, and they do an absolutely professional job on par with what I see on TV shows like Gas Monkey.

I needed the headliner on my car replaced. I called in advance and the price that I was quoted was exactly what I was charged. It was easy to arrange a time and it was ready when promised. In addition they cleaned up my car before I picked it up. Excellent customer service!

First visit a few years ago ended with owner following me out to my vehicle after I refused to pay in advance to have boat cushions recovered. Fast forward, I broke down paid in advance for pool furniture canopy restitch. Shame on me. Bad work. Dont waste money

I just want to say thank you to you and your staff for the care and quality that went into repairing my car upholstery, not only was it done in a timely manner but I was so impressed when I picked it up to find my car had been vacuumed out and the car was washed as well. I called this shop to get a quote on recovering a classic car rear seat, and was asked to bring the seat in for a quote. I packed everything up, and arrived within an hour. Then the owner was somewhat rude and tells me that he wouldn't do the job unless he had the car there. It was just a simple cover installation, I even provided the OEM repro cover! He declined the job, and said "any shop can do that work". Waste of time. I'll be sure to tell everyone in my car club how I was treated.

They said I should go somewhere else, if they were to do the job they would charge $600 to to recover a canopy for a garden tractor

These guys were exactly what I needed. They got the job done in 4 hours.on a Saturday. Not only were they direct and upfront, they were good people to boot. This is THE PLACE for your auto upholstery needs.

I can only review this companies customer service at this time. I called trying to get an idea as to whether or not they could do some automotive upholstery work for me. The guy who I spoke to was very helpful and actually went out of his way to explain some things to me and make sure I knew what I would be getting and also he helped me save some money.

In short he was more than willing to do the work I wanted to get done but he wanted to make sure that it was done right, even if that meant him waiting longer until my project was ready for the interior.

They for sure seem like a shop dedicated producing the best value for their customers.
