Misook was fantastic. She is knowledgeable about the brand and very professional.

They did not have the item I wanted but she was able to get it from the Dallas store in 1 business day. She also was able to have my item monogrammed while I waited.

I will definitely shop here again.

I love the products I bought today but I was also very disappointed. This was my very first in store purchase and had high expectations as this brand is luxury and pricey. I had seen many pictures online that just looked beautiful. Packaging. Dustbags etc. I don't mean to be rude but the client adviser that rang me up did not look professional and put together and when I asked if they had any other earrings than the ones in the show case the client adviser went to the back and brought a pair out (I did buy them) and just held them up in a plastic bag and didn't really know about them and I felt like they acted like they didn't want to be there. I was so excited to get to my car and open everything up. My items were not wrapped beautifully. The blue ribbon was backwards so the LV logo was not even facing so you could see it. And my bandeau I bought was just wadded up in a ball and thrown in a box. No Dustbag or folding etc. I feel terrible writing this review but I had high expectations and got my hopes up. You would think if you spent a large amount of money in their store they would be amazing with you.:/

Mirandah was great to work with. We had just bought the Louis Vuitton Escale Neverfull MM (Bleu) and she was able to get us another one in rouge when it was literally sold out online. She had everything ready when we went in, unboxed both items so we can preview our purchases, and boxed them back up! We look forward to making many more purchases with you!

We visited this location about a week before Christmas, and the wait was very brief, the selection superb, and the staff were excellent. I am particularly thankful to Lily for her level of personal assistance. She was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. I eventually purchased a Graceful MM bag and couldn’t be happier. Looking forward to shopping here again, soon!

Buying three purses the salesperson was all smiles, but when we went to exchange two purses, they gave us the business! Only received store credit for one purse and the other purse they rejected. They said it was used and we know it was not used. The Louis Vuitton manager or supervisor was rude. Make sure that you are 100% certain on the purse because it will be up the the employee if THEY want to accept the return or exchange.

Completely INCOMPETENT and ZERO customer service at the Louis Vuitton Saks 5th Ave San Antonio location. I purchased a handbag from this store while I was in town for a few days. The color that I wanted was not in stock, so Lilyann said that it could be ordered and shipped. I placed the order and provided her the address that I needed it shipped to. I continued to check my email for any updates and never received anything. After many attempts to contact the store failed, I was able to contact Louis Vuitton customer service and they provided me a tracking number. The tracking number showed that the bag was being sent to the store rather than the address I provided. I tried contacting the store to find out why it was being shipped there, but once again that proved impossible. Luckily the tracking number showed that it would be delivered the day before I had to leave. As inconvenient as it was, I was able to pick up my order on my way out of town. Though, I would like to point out that I never received any type of notification that it had arrived. If not for being proactive and obtaining the tracking number on my own, I would not have known it was in and I would have left expecting it to be sent to my location.
To continue this ordeal, I provided my receipt to Misook to pickup my order and she took it to the back and returned with the handbag I ordered. She packed it up nicely and handed me the bag. I asked her for my receipt back and she told me that it would be emailed to me. Once again, I’m left looking for an email that never arrives. At this point, I am no longer in San Antonio.or Texas for that matter. I’m left with only the option of calling the store to check the status of my receipt. As before, it was impossible to get someone at that section of the store to answer. So I called Saks handbag section and was informed that Louis Vuitton would NOT be answering any calls and I would need to come in person to speak them. WHAT? !? How can you provide this type of customer service? !? !

Misook, is a great sales associate, she has so much patience, thank you Misook, I’m disappointed with the corners of my graceful, but her customer service is great, I do highly recommend her and Stephanie!

Naomi was amazing. Even when assisting other customers that came before me she made me feel acknowledged. Once it was my turn she was professional and completely satisfied my needs. The other associates were also professional and prompt. Thank you!

I always have a great experience at this particular store over the one at la cantera. This particular time I got me a graceful PM and they were able to hot stamp my luggage without me needing to wait a whole day to get it.

I came in with my mom to purchase a new bag and wallet. (Neverfull and zippy) I even got a wallet for myself! (Multiple) Naomi was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I never felt pressured. Love the atmosphere! They even offered us refreshments during and after our purchase! Definitely recommend this location!

Hmm well I love Louis but the employees are either a hit or miss here. They smile at you while you’re talking and as soon as they walk away their face drops. I rather go to Neimans anyways
