Dr. A is an incredible surgeon and person. He will tell you like it is and do as he says! I went to him 5 years ago and he told me honestly, I don't think you need this now maybe in another 5 years. 5 years later I was ready and he did a beautiful, natural job! I would recommend him to anyone.
