Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken & Seafood reviews
32First off im rating the service not the food. Food was awesome. But i waited 30 minutes to get my meal because they were making my chicken "fresh". Bs the cook went on break and the cashier didnt wanna get his hands dirty. Place was a ghost town, now i know why.
Overall this can be a decent place but its better during certain shifts mainly Monday thru Friday. Be prepared on the wait. Even though they are polite the wait sometimes can be too long. Its always a good idea to check your order before leaving. Once again it can be a decent place but it does have a problem with consistency. Its a little bit of gamble.
They seemed to have trouble with getting the customers served quick enough. Some of the food was cold waiting for the order to be completed.
Great food. Friendly staff. They could clean their fountain drink dispensers a bit more often, but besides that, it’s all gravy.
Service was slow had to wait 15 minutes for my food. Every car in the drive thru had to pull up and wait. Never again and the coke was watered down. Timmy Chan will get my money.
Food is great but it takes FOREVER to get your food. Even if no ome is behind you at drive thru, they still make you go park. That makes me mad.
Some of the most flavorful chicken and shrimp I have ever tasted. It's halla, so knowing that there's no pork in the sides helps me justify that it is healthy for me. Throw in that they have dollar specials on Tuesday, and great family meals all the time and you have a contender for Popeyes.
Nice ppl, but don't know about cleanliness. Go to one on little York. They are clean and food gud.
I like this place. It's not perfect, far from it actually, but they try. The wait is long, the food isn't always the best, and it's visually appalling, but I have never left unsatisfied and I always come back for more. The employees work hard and they are well managed. I appreciate their service.
This place took so long to make our food. We were waiting for 30 minutes for the food. They also kept asking us what we ordered as if they couldn't look on the receipt. They asked us questions about our order 4 times. Once we finally got our food it was decent but not worth the wait. Prices were reasonable.
This we the best chicken I've had in a while, and the fish was pretty good too. The location on Veterans Memorial is definitely in my top five chicken spots. I didn't really care for the mashed potatoes though, so thats why I'm only giving 4 stars.
