Louisiana Fried Chicken, Richmond TX

This was my first time at this restaurant. The chicken was good, and the fries were great. Can't wait to go back again and try the white meat.

They've gone downhill over the year especially after the new owner took over. Mornings when the manager is present, are such a frustrating ordeal. They now only give one tiny sauce for my dinner order and no ketchup. Asked for ketchup and was handed just 2 packets for a combo order. The previous time I was told it is extra. Extra sauces were quoted at a 57 cent upcharge. Asking for anything seems to be met with a "Im doing you a favor" demeanor. Chicken quality is regularly more soggy and poorly breaded, causing oil to seep into it making it soggy. They provide the bare minimum and will look for any reason to upcharge. Another customer had a full tray order and she only received 3 sauces and was told its an extra when she asked for more. Such stinginess is customer unfriendly. The only redeeming factor is that younger and chipper night crew are a bit more helpful and understandable, and the location is consistently clean. This place was my go to, especially before Covid, I hope they can improve.

The red beans and rice was all rice flavored with a little bean juice.

I tried to place order through phone and the Manager hung up on me twice.we confronted him at the place.he kept telling us to go away.

I’ve been eating Lusiana for years but today I saw the film wrap inside the coated chicken broast. I don’t know why they put it inside or it was a mistake. Anyway, I’m not going to eat their chicken again ever.

I feel so disgusting and horrible experience here.their hospitality is so poor. And food quality I have never tried this kind of horrible food ever.please don’t go and don’t waste your money there.

Nice halal fried chicken. They give u fresh and hot chicken just tries there fried chicken only

They gave me burnt chicken sandwich today. Please check your order to go before giving it to customer.

It appears to be Middle Eastern owned. That's not the issue, but the young man who seemed to be the manager was sitting on the service counter area behind the register I didn't like that! But the food was good and hot. The chicken was seasoned really well. Plus I didn't like how that manager guy was talking down to the middle eastern women working the front counter.

I called may 25th, 2023 at about 8: 30-8: 50 pm. And a guy answered he sound like a manager but I can be wrong. He didn’t care about my food at all first off he asked me if I wanted a combo I said yes and he forgot to give me fries. My dad is handicap, and I placed this order over the phone. I didn’t receive my fries that I paid for. And then I called him for him to say “ he was busy and my dad didn’t confirm fries” I said well I placed this order over the phone with you and you confirmed it. He didn’t care at all and when I ate the chicken I literally threw the rest away cause I can tell it wasn’t fresh grease.it didn’t have the fresh chicken taste I normally get during day shift. Never eating here again. EVER please save your money on this location. Please! And I use to be a regular!

Chicken is clean "no feathers" but was dry. Did not declare their was surcharge for using CC they just asked cash or card.credit card surcharge it was like %3. Pay cash if you can.

Will rudely charge extra for dressing for a $15 shrimp and chicken jambalaya dish last visit here

Beyond ridiculously priced. 20 pieces of chicken for $50, then. 51cents per sauce. REALLY? You serve a community who constantly supports your service, only to be price gouged. This is not right! I will not be returning!

Ordered through drive through older man is rude the youngest man is so helpful and has great customer service.

I love this place they're so professional they are so kind the place is clean the service is excellent they care about their customers and love their I recommend any nearby me to go there for snack branch crunch I wish they had and breakfast

First Time here so we purchased the variety pack. Chicken, Fish & Shrimp. It was delicious!

No change in my review this place is always good and fresh. I don't think they even have a warmer because they're always busy. Everything you order is fresh!
