Love & Joy Adult Day Care is a great place to work. I have enjoyed working for Love & Joy for more than 23 years! We provide day care/ ISS services to individuals with intellectual disability disorders, and individuals with mental illness. Unfortunately, we struggle with disgruntle employees as do many employers. Unfortunately, at hire employees don't refuse your payrates, or reveal to you they will be uncooperative immediately after hire. Infact in MG case she agreed to comply with her job duties listed job description at hire. Later, the former employee such as MG and others fail to comply with policy, and display disgruntle behavior. We give everyone an opportunity at employment as long as they comply with state rules and regulations. Love & Joy Adult Day Care is NOT a perfect place; however, we will make sure our staff is operating in compliance with rules and regulations. If any staff fail to comply, we give them verbal and written counseling, re-training, prior to administrative action. Unless the violation is a health and safety violation. In this case we terminate immediately.
