Their website was great and super informative I definitely knew what to expect when I got there and customer service was excellent and she did a great job talking through all of my options and making sure I was happy with my braclets before she welded them!
Great experience for my girl, very cool lady working, very sweet, not pushy and didn’t feel rushed. The actual welding took just a few minutes. Overall 5/5 would recommend.
We had such a great time with Cynthia (I’m not 100% sure that’s how you spell it). She was extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely be back!
My boyfriend and I came here yesterday, and it was such an amazing experience! This was our first time visiting Houston, and Pao and Morgan made it worthwhile. Pao is very experienced and professional. Although it was Morgan’s first time, she did a great job! They both have the best energy and made us feel super welcomed and appreciated! If you’re thinking about getting permanent jewelry, definitely come here!
