Lovely Nails reviews
11Elena is my favorite Nail Artist at this nice salon, but I have had almost everyone there work on my nails before, and they always do an excellent, very professional job! I have been going there now for several years, and I am a happy customer! I am also satisfied with their reasonable prices. And I brought my elderly Mom there to get a pedicure and they did a really good job. She was nervous, but they were so gentle and put her mind at ease.
Plz do not go there
U have a appointment they still make u wait 30 mins while they take walk ins without a issue
This used to be the only place I used to go till management changed I guess I have tried to give them chances but yesterday my my last straw
My finger still hurt with the machine they use cut my skin no apology nothin kept going nd it’s throbbing pain even now
The nail shapes they struggle with Dnt knw wat shape is right when we ask thick application of dip believe me I have been doing dip for 12 yrs I knw the difference
Very rough nd the man has no customer service knowledge he need to kamran to treat everyone equally not pick and choose
Be ware before going
The customer service was horrendous! I was not greeted, the nail tech were rude! I’m big on customer service so I decided to just leave rather than proceed with the service. I attempted to speak with a tech outside to express my concerns given that the establishment is small. However she refused and when I called to speak with the manager the tech indicated that she was not available. It’s in a good area but the establishment looks old and worn down. I highly recommend saving your time and going somewhere else!
Great place. I am very picky with my nails but it’s been a year or so I am doing my nails every 3-4 weeks. I typically do mani & dip powder and pedi & gel and I always get compliments, my cuticle is not growing thick and my feet are soft and clean. Thank you Andrew and Lorena for taking such good care of my nails and toes and always being friendly to me.
This place accepts walk ins. This is the only place I go to get a waxing or nails. They know what they are doing, good service.
Actually, I just left this place with my daughter. We got pedicures, and she got her nails painted, and I got my eyebrows arched. Let me say my eyebrows were perfect I loved them. My daughter nails on the other hand HOT MESS! She is so disappointed and the paint job was so tacky you would have thought she did it. Her feelings were so hurt when she got home. I tried my best to fix them. They didnt even clean access nail polish from around her fingers. I know it was just a 5 dollar paint job, but it was horrible. She was okay with her toes iv personal seen them look a lot better, and she got a pedicure. We were the only people there not sure what the rush was. I'm currently trying to fix my daughter nails now. I even left a tip. I guess double it for the next person, and hopefully they have a better outcome. A little girl shouldn't leave the nail salon sad and disappointed from a simple paint job.
Worst experience never going back. If you are getting a gel nail, DO NOT GO HERE. She literally put 2 coats and its all bumpy and ugly. Cut the excessive nail polish with a cuticle cutter? ! Um… it will pretty much last about a day and def will start to come off. And i can see all the small dust mixed into the nails. Ugly not professional, that is all i can say.
This salon is run by a delightful family who has owned it for over a decade. I have never left disappointed.
Ive been coming to Lovely Nails for yearz and even after moving to Allen. I drive backto Carrollton to get my nails done! Im the PICKIEST! Teyla
and Andrew are amaxing!
Very Unprofessional service! I had an appointment at 3: 00pm, it took nearly 2 1/2 hours for a simple pedicure and I scheduled new Next Gin full set! The owner, Andrew decided my nail tips didn’t need to be soaked off and no new tips were put on …, which he did a so called Overlay! My nails are thick, uneven and shorter than I asked for! For as long as I was there…. He could have just soaked my nails and put on NEW TIPS, requested and scheduled for my 3pm appointment!
And to add to this disgraceful service- typically I get French tip on my toes. Clearly it’s fall season …. I’m not wearing open toes! Lorena (pedicures) and Andrew (nails & pedicures) charged me an additional $5 just to remove their prior gel top coat…. But had I got gel with my pedicure there’s No Fee. As I left, I informed my nails are awful and look NOTHING he has previously done the last 3 times! He doesn’t understand how to file sharp square nails with very little round edges. The more he filed, the less I have nails! All he offered was a poorly unprofessional Sorry! Don’t waste your time or money for unprofessional services!
I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS SALON!
