Love's Travel Stop, Amarillo TX

Very rude staff. I stopped in there to get fuel tonight and To female staffers came out and were very rude. I will never stop there to get fuel for my tractor again.

Trashy place an need to hire people with Common sense would not recommend going there if you dont have a high Tolerance for ignorance

The Male cashier that was working was very courteous and was so efficient working through all his customers. Restrooms were clean. The only downside was trying to get into getting into the parking lot because of all the construction. 10/10 would come again

We were passing through with a pretty big convoy of trucks and needed to fuel each one individually. Kind of a pain for the fuel desk because they'd have to prepay each pump, fuel the truck, print each receipt and prepay for the next truck. We had three fuel islands tied up running trucks through for about 45 minutes.

The lady helping us (her name tag said Rebecca Payne) was so amazing! She was helpful, witty, and extremely patient with us. I'm confident the process would have taken twice as long if she
hadn't been so thorough and efficient. She went above and beyond to help us out, and her awesome attitude turned my day around.

If the manager of this store reads this- Rebecca deserves a raise!

Perhaps the fewest truck parking spaces one I've been to, but really friendly, almost small town familiarity type folks. Still, better to be there than not!

Bathrooms were clean. But Cory was extremely rude and made us feel rushed to check on and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. I'd appreciate it if the store manager&district manager would contact me regarding this extremely horrible experience.

No showers. Better get here early to park. Very small parking area. Not all bad though. A movie theatre across the street and couple places to eat. Service inside pleasant.

Great gas station. Parked overnight my 33ft motorhome no problem. There are around 10 truck parking spots. And others for regular cars. Propane gas fill station. Close hotels and fast food chains. Great location to rest and keep going!

How do you have a truckstop
With no showers?

By catering to the general traveler.

Though folks wouldn't have anything if it wasn't for truckers who get goods to where they need to go.
Including this place.

Small store, kinda dirty, they have a subway restaurant so i decided to go in i walked in looked around and didn't see subway i was liked confused for a sec then realized its hid beside cash register. It was very cold outside and they didnt have shields up to block the winds if not for that id give 4stars.

Stopped by the location where I bought to 2 (unused) travel pillows. I ended up not needing them and I kindly asked for a refund. The clerk was close to being rude though I was friendly and totally cooperative as answered each of her (almost accusative) questions. It was obvious that she was not happy about the refund.
There was absolutely no reason for her behavior. I am thankful that I've never been treated like that before.
Usually, it is excellent.friendly, helpful and professional.
Maybe she was having a bad day. If so, I hope it gets better so others don't experience what I did.

I go here everyday before work and when the two that are working today are in their it's impossible to get service they hate being there and today the blonde rolled her eyes at me when i asked to be checked out so i can get to work her conversations was more important

Tight parking, little place for the dog. Truckers, ya have to go through the light for the truck entrance! Only subway here for breakfast, but Whataburger and McDonald's within walking distance:) get here early, it's the only stop this side of town.

Just fuel, parking for a dozen trucks. Very small and tight to get into. Would not plan on parking here. Hit and miss especially when people drop trailers here.

Eddie Fristoo needs to call me about the disgusting disrespectful lieing piece of dog dung management working at night named CRAIG at 3: 25am Sept 7 2017. He tries to add random items to your tab. Disgusting treatment. Do not go this place or be forced charged for things your not purchasing and be treated disrespectful when you bring it to his attention of ths false charges.

Very small parking lot. Tough to navigate. Be sure to turn onto the service road for the righthand truck entrance. We went past the service road and had to turn left and thread our way through the car parking lot. Only 3 bays for diesel.

The lady on the subway side was absolutely rude and obviously hated her job because of how rude she was being.
