Love's Travel Stop, Luling TX

I want to put diesel & have to do manual the card and the lazy guy told me they don't do it like that& all others help me but it's ok don't go anymore to this place

This location had great customer service, manager was understanding to my issues regards to an item I had purchased.

I really enjoyed this small loves my experience here was amazing and I don't say that very often I'm a truck driver and the cashier named Reggie was an amazing help to me he really came in clutch is pleasant kind and very knowledgeable so to you Reggie thank you for great customer service

Not the worst Loves but certainly not the best. Small parking area, very tight fuel island so if you're like me doing heavy haul, getting away from the fuel island can be a trick. Very tight turn as you pull away from the pumps and any mistake and you're into either the posts or someone's front bumper. I avoid this place as much as I can. Not worth the hassle.

Very small stop but it was very clean. Even the cashier name Joseph was very friendly, funny and energetic. But 18 wheeler drivers have to park on the dirt. The women's restroom was very clean. They have a subway shop in the store as well. Oh BTW, my step dad said the men's restroom was sort of dirty.

TRUCKERS BEWARE! Skip this truckstop if you can. NO towels for my shower! Ok, I got extra clean shirt the size of Texas to dry off. But then I look behind the door shower number 2. Black mold growing from floor to the ceiling. All it takes is some bleach and water in a spray bottle. This place needs new management! ASAP! Clean me please!

This Loves travel stop is right across the freeway from Bucky's. Since Bucky's is not nice to truck drivers we rarely go there. They could certainly stop buying stuff (fuel, food products, etc.) And they wouldn't have to deal with truckers. Thankfully Loves doesn't discriminate. We much prefer Loves. I wish they could keep the restroom cleaner but they are not bad.

Outstanding store, wish I could give it 6 stars. Kelli at the fuel desk was a total pro and Ashley In Subway rocks

The store itself is a typical loves, but only 4 truck fuel islands and it has a small, awkward parking lot

- Why y’all keep this store open at 10: 20PM if no one works here. I had to make sure I leave a review for myself so I can be reminded to not make a stop next time.

This place is very dirty. The main things that REALLY needed cleaning were the restrooms and the tables for the Subway customers. It looked like customers had gone in there, didn't clean up, and the workers didn't do anything about it. I would definitely not go to the Subway because the tables were so gross and everything in the store is. Also to add to this, the whole store stinks.

One of the worse ones i have delt with as far as service goes. Went in for a shower. Waited well over a hour. Husband questioned multiple times. As to how much longer. Answers ranged from all showers full to just a few more mins. Entire time we only seen 2 other shower customers. A husband, wife and one other gentleman. All finished, turned keys in. Yet no employee made a efford to clean, call our number. Last attempt at asking husband was told would be about 5 mins. Girl was in the back closer to 15. As to if the showers where cleaned. No idea. We got tired of waiting, the run around. Once she returned to the front, still did not call our number. Asked for store mangers name. Was stared at, told to wait a min. Quickly asked if she was unable to write since i asked for a name. Not a employee to be paged. Girl on other end smarted off sorry while rolling her eyes, using sarcastic tone. No sorry if they where doing the jobs they where hired for. This issue would never have happened. As for a manger. No clue was given only the first name Kelly. So no idea if thats even correct. Did see one manager in store entire time. She made no attempt to do any thing. Other then grab food, drink, head for the door. So no idea if she was on duty. How ever do know a call to main store head quarters has been placed. Along with a message telling what happened.

Place was surprisingly clean and well maintained for being older but the employees so rude take the good away
