Love's Travel Stop reviews
24It's open 24 hours a day. The employees are polite and friendly. All the employees are wearing face coverings. There is rarely any wait lines at the pumps or at the 2 register areas. I wish they had a larger frozen treats section. I like to buy pints and half gallon tubs of icecream, which they dont offer. The prices are good on some things but not on most. I know, it's a truck stop. What can I expect. I have never been in the restrooms, so I couldn't tell you what those are like, sorry your on your own there.
Fixing the showers at 10: 45am. Couldn't have been done at night? Always dumb stuff at Loves doesn't matter where.
I had a flat tire on the interstate this afternoon. The first exit was to this Loves. I went in to ask where I could go on a Sunday. The cashier promptly called gir Butch. He had my tire on my Ram 1500 changed in 20 minutes. He was so helpful and friendly. He calmed all my worries. What a great guy! Hope he's there if anyone else has troubles. Butch.
It's always nice to see a business that cares about the community and the members in it. Too bad for the last 3 nights, when I have stopped here I see a lack of respect for anyone disabled or handicapped. There has been a Love's service pickup parked in the handicap ramp, I'm not sure why anyone thinks the space between handicap parking spots is a good place to park. But they have completely blocked the ramp itself and are over the line on both handicap spots. Good job Love's.
Love travel stop a nice combination along the way, with excellent services for travelers arriving at these facilities. Very good human quality express their workers at the request of a service. It has very clean bathrooms and showers for travelers, with very low prices on souvenirs and groceries. With delicious combinations of fast food restaurants.
Nice place. Friendly staff. Clean lot, but like most loves not enough parking. The management needs to enforce the drivers that park at the fuel island by making them move.
The store itself is good but the mechanic shop sucks I've been here over two hours waiting to get a tire change with only two trucks in front of me for a tire change I would advise everybody for a tire change to go to AJ's a few miles up the road
The store itself is nice, but it is way too small to handle the volume of customers. The parking lot is always full, there's always a line to get fuel, and there's always a long wait for a shower.
Super great place to stop by and rest. Nice clean store. Well stocked and the bathrooms are very clean. Big parking area.
Its positive that they have 4 or 5 spaces for rvs here, three semi's took all those spaces. Loves was once an RV friendly, looks as if those days are over in Texas. SO goes our business to another
So we pull in for gas and figured we'd get some food while we were here but that never happened. "Iron hand" an employee that looked like he hasn't showered in weeks needs a bath, a brush and a hairnet! He freaks out after the in gets 3 deep and is replaced by 2 females that manage to skip us, even though we are standing in line! After that we decided to spend our hard earned money elsewhere!
Purchased new headset today. Serviced by team member Shawn she was very patient she went above and beyond to help she deserves a raise.
My route is from baton rouge to San Antonio I run it all week. And this loves has the rest of them between baton rouge and San Antonio beat by far on everything. Service, keeping store and parking lot clean. Just wish the rest of them could get on board. They definitely got some work to put in to catch up with this one.
One of the best Loves around. Usually clean, busy but moving. Parking is decent and the people there seem to at least be trying. A regular stop for me
The truck stop unbelievable nice. Unfortunately there arby's is unmanned early in the morning. Defeated the whole point of the stop. Had to stop again little ways up. That'll be my only stop next time.
Very clean establishment with kind staff. Second time taking a shower at a Love’s Travel Stop and they’re clean as always. Just remember to bring your own shampoo!
Large selection of everything. MANY 18 wheelers parked there, so obviously popular with truckers. Very large, very clean restrooms. Arbys inside.
The staff that I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful. Clean showers. Prompt service. They have Arby's inside with fresh food and quick service. Free parking and they have a tire shop. It's off of I10 with easy access. It's pretty clean here for the most part. Decent place to get a bite to eat, shower, and rest.
Was broke down on the side of the road, called for assistance and was treated horribly. Female who answered the phone was unprofessional and very rude made a bad day worse. Very disappointed in their service. Never again.
I have lived in Seguin for four years and have come to Loves for fuel and Arby's. 99% of the time I get fuel, the pump does not give me my receipt. I have to go inside and get one from the register. Very in convenient when a service that is offered to the customer is not being provided by the company. I have spoken with the manager, David, several times about the issue and he stated that he doing the best he can and sorry for the inconvenience. This has been an issue for at last 2 years now. I would not recommend this place on the principle that the staff and management do not feel customers service is important and I'm sorry is a good enough justification for poor leadership and management.
