The cashier at the love driver side was excellent but the restaurant here Hardee's or Carl's Jr everyone in college their customer service sucks they're very unhappy they uniforms look disgusting the district manager really needs to get this place in order especially with customer service drivers and customers do not want to come to a restaurant and deal with negative energy please train your people to be positive if they do not like the food industry or the job that you're doing they need to go somewhere else

This location needs to revamp its laundry facility. As a multi-million dollar store, it should be given the resources neccessary to provide washers and dryers that have digital payment options. Management is unable to provide change to customers to facilitate its use.
The staff at this location are hard working, and the restrooms are clean. Coffee was fresh and everything was in stock. Parking is ample, but busy, and there's a good bbq place across the street.

I kept calling beacuase i had a question before getting there and they never answered it rang and rang called various time and no answer as if nobody was working.

After a long day of work a driver should be able to take nice hot and Clean shower! Unacceptable how drivers are treated.

Good location but cashier (African-American) so rude, 23 April 7: 40 pm at trucker entrance side. Please if you can’t smile at customer at-least don’t talk rudely with them.

I can not say enough about how great the mechanics at this Loves are. J. Chambers is the Fn’ guy to get you taken care of along with the two others that were working on 4/23 around 8pm. Replaced 2 inside tandems in less than an hour. I will always stop at this loves when the plan brings me by. The store is well stocked, all fuel pumps work, and the showers were on point. If I could give 11 stars I would. Probably top 5 Loves in the country, definitely the best mechanics by far. Thanks again J Chambers and crew!

African-American Lady in front desk of fuel island is not behaved well and she is bringing shame to one of the best business across the US. Business owner, if you reading this, know that, with these type of people, you loose your customers, effort, and degrade Loves Truck Stop. Instead of showing great customer service, she is here only to destroy the truckers mood. Poor lady (

I love this place and always park here, all staff is really good except one black lady (not be racist i don't know her name), she is very rude and arrogant, she is only negative vibe over there rest all is good.she works in morning shift and she will spoil your morning drivers

Don’t expect to find what you want at the carl junior. Friday in Lent-out of fish. Want a Beyond burger? Half an hour for it to be ready. Waste of time if you are just pasding through.

It has a variety of different types of food, and the staff is very cordial. Coffee (very good and fresh), different cold drinks, and food items. I really enjoyed going there because I remembered the LOVE'S from my childhood. The bathrooms are clean and you can't beat that with a stick!

Low and mid grade pumps are all E15 gas now. Only premium is E10. Not good for motorcycles since they all share the same hose

They don't check dates on their food. I just purchased 2 old Wisconsin smoke stacks and they have been expired for over 9 months. The sell by date was 04/06/2022 on both packages. Today is 01/03/2023, if I get food poisoning and I can't drive my truck because I ate half of one of them, they are getting sued. The management is supposed to check the dates and throw out anything that is expired. But obviously they aren't doing their job if they have food in their shelves that's been expired for over 9 months.

Manager Richard is rude to his employees (Becca) for certain dude is very unprofessional almost made Becca cry over a simple question about a scratch off ticket and this guy just talk to Becca like she was dirt under his feet this Manger here needs to unemployed from love's if this is what y'all hire then me and my 7 trucks will fuel outside of love's nobody deserves to be treated like that!? !? !? !

Always liked the Italy trucks stops. Always a stop on my way to & from Dallas. This loves is well maintained, managed, decent parking (both big rig & four wheeler). The staff were friendly and from what I could tell very patient with a very trying customer that wasn't being very professional towards them for not very good reasons. So their customer service is on point.
They had alot of hot food out, clean eating areas and roller machines etc.
