Love's Travel Stop reviews
17Use to be a great place to stop on my delivery route. Then they hired new people. Now, if you're lucky, you'll have to wait to share a broken squeegee soaked in bug water and no matter what gas pump you go to, they NEVER put receipt paper in it. They'll just tell you, "It's jammed". 3 days in a row at 3 different pumps and, "It's jammed" LOL
Super clean bathrooms! Always stop here to gas up and use the restroom while traveling the I-10!
I didn't buy anything inside but I did use the restroom and those were very clean. On my way back from california I would not mind stopping there again.
What's ment to be for 18 wheelers a legal safe place to park is over ran by pick ups. Absolutely horrible
Roadside has a lot to be desired cause I’ve been waiting an hour since my initial call. In addition 30 minutes in they said he was on his way an hour in the counter lady told me he just left. Hope your trip isn’t time sensitive or your gonna be disappointed
Dirty shower, the towels were stained and ripped their was a dirty towel hanging on the door. The night shift is not doing their job. I should of bypassed this place and stopped at the flying j one exit over.
Good place to stop. Usually very clean and the people are helpful. Gets crowded in the evening and parking can be a trick but I stop here regularly
I must say, Jesus came to do my road service, he was extremely professional and went way above and beyond to get me rolling. When we got to the shop, Mario continued with the professionalism and was completely understanding of the situation. These guys are the best I've dealt with in my 22 years on the road.
What is the point of having tire pass if the tire is always down or no one to be available to run it. Everytime that I stop at this loves the tire pass is never available. If you offer a service it should be available period. Staff seems to have poor attitude towards truck drivers.
Bathrooms are nasty. Seriously, with how piggish and rude travelers are, you need to check them every 10 minutes
Seriously the worst place in Texas. Half the pumps are taken by people who haven’t been near their cars in an hour and the rest will literally hit you to get in front of you
Service is good! Plenty of parking for trucks. The Carl's Jr, their food was good along with service. Cleaned showers.
We gave the cashier $100.00 to fill up our car, well it only took $21.00. The geniuses we are we drove off with out getting our change. We remembered when we were about 40 miles away and called and let them know. They were very professioal about it and more than helpful. We received our money a few days later in the mail!
Always clean and friendly. They carry 18 wheeler tires. Not regular personal vehicle. Good food.
Stand up guys. Called after a drive tire blew and Andrew said they could be out in about an hour; they arrived in about 40 minutes. Mario did a great job and was professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
UPDATE: They even remembered to get my Love’s card so I could get points
I stopped in to purchase fuel, DEF, and to use the "Tire Pass", one of the several I have earned. The clerk was trying to find someone to do the tire pass, via the radio. The manager walks by saying something about it being cold out there. When she returns, she stay3s that they only perform tire passes on semis, and refused to service the tires on my truck and trailer.
It would be great if they always had someone standing at the register instead of waiting from them to get done from doing something else.
