Great customer service and very accommodating staff! Looking forward to improve my dental health with them.

I don’t recommend this location. Our insurance gave us a red flag from some billing issues, we call many times to get a clear explanation but they never answer our phone calls and never return calls even though we left many voicemails. They submitted twice a claim for the same date dental cleaning even though it was only one dental cleaning. They overcharged my husband and I for two years we went there. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize until we got the red flag from our insurance. If you’re going to this location keep an eye on every claim to your insurance and the charges to your credit card.

Deserves negative reviews. The dentist should have his licenses pulled for falsely diagnosing and putting fear into people! My husband was told his teeth were decaying, he needs a spacers, has sleep apnea and so much more. We walked out with a $10k bill… he got a second opinion and turns out his teeth are fine NOTHING is wrong!
Shame on your company!

Dr. Henry possessed exceptional qualities and skills that made my experience outstanding. He was highly knowledgeable, skilled, and thorough in his work. He had excellent communication skills, explaining everything in a clear and understandable manner. Additionally, he was gentle, patient, and attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout the procedure.

I came here after my
insurance changed. I had just seen my
regular dentist 9 months prior and had no cavities. I got to this dentist and he barely looked at my
teeth and told me I need root canals, I was on the verge of gum disease and needed a deep clean. Then gave me quote for $2300 with insurance. I decided to not get the deep clean so he would not see me so I left. I was able to change my insurance back to my old
dentist and went and saw him with concern of what Lovett dental had told me. He did my x-rays and looked at my teeth and I ended up only need one filling and walked out paying $100 and kept all my teeth. I can’t imagine if I let him give me 5 root canals! This dentist is a con artist and deserves to be exposed.

Professional staff, however had to wait one hour to be seen in spite of having an appointment.

Hygienist Henry Dao, Dr Huynh, and the staff were professional and very friendly. Henry did a great job cleaning my teeth.

Love Lovett Dental. This is a caring and warm place to be. Enjoyed the diagnosis and warm treatment. The staff members are nice and very qualified to handle dental cases. I am highly satisfied with my very first appointment with the Clinic. Patricia Ojakovo

9 year old daughter was scheduled for a routine cleaning. One day before, we received a text that she could not be seen as a pediatric patient. I called the office to question this and they assured me they did not send the text and she was still good for her appointment. My husband takes her and they then tell him about the text and say she can’t be seen. I called to go over this again and no one could answer any questions and then they hung up on me. They then called my husband 6 days later to ask why we missed our appointment for our SON? ! When my husband expressed his frustration, they hung up on him. Absolutely would NOT recommend.

I have always had a good experience at Lovett Dental in Katy. Henry is the best hygienist! The staff is amazing!

I usually hate going to the dentist, but I love the team here! They always take the time to make sure I feel comfortable and and address all of my concerns thoroughly.

Dentist is great. Dental assistances not so much. They don't know what to do without the dentist instructions. One did a crown and it fell off in my sleep less than 24hrs later. They would not see me until 4 days later and told me "these things happen"
"eat on the other side" I had 2
crowns done opposite sides!? And the crown that stayed in hurts like hell. So I guess I get to starve for the next 4 days until they can see me. I will NEVER use them again and cannot recommend

This location is far superior place to go and get your teeth cleaned and checked up. Henry Dao is the best dental hygienist. He went above and beyond to make sure that his patients always feel comfortable, cared for, respected and relaxed at all time. He took a great care of my husband teeth and took time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. I highly recommend this place and especially Henry. His work was excellent. Will definitely come back regularly to clean our teeth.

If I could give a 0 star for customer service I would. First of all i made an appointment over a few months ago for a later appointment. I received a message stating that my appointment was at an earlier time. I tried to call the office 5 times and it kept ringing with no way of leaving a message. When someone FINALLY answered the phone she was EXTREMELY rude and not helpful. This is not the first time they person who answered the phone (After several attempts) was rude. I did like the dentist but I will NOT be going back to this location because I refuse to get serviced by a place that has EXTREMELY rude people in the front. HIGHLY disappointed.

The lady at the front desk is truly very rude, unhelpful and unresourceful. However, the lady that did my x-rays was a gem and the dentist was fine

Took both my kids in for routine cleaning. They refused to do X-rays for my 3 year old even though I explained a few times that she tolerates X-rays well and has a chipped tooth that needs to be monitored. Also funny thing they didn’t floss my kids teeth and they didn’t offer any fluoride. I have left a vm about my concerns and my call was never returned. Total time in the office for 2 kids cleaning was 15 min. I’m sure their practice does not meet the dental board standard of care. Please avoid this place

The staff was very sweet and Denise especially. She helped me with insurance and it was greatly appreciated.

Amazing service very careful, caring, comforting and informative! Honestly the best dental experience I've had outside of the military! Henry took very good care of me! And I honestly have zero complaints. The entire staff is very friendly and everything was explained thoroughly and I'm glad I decided to come here!

Dr. Huynh is great. He pulled my tooth fast without any pain. Henry is my great hygienist. Nancy and Denise are so helpful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
