One of the worst billing departments. I took my son and daughter for a yearly check up back in dec 2021. They processed my sons claim correctly and my daughters claim they gave me a bill of 336$. Inspite of calling 20 times in 4 months no call back, nothing taken care of.
They want me to come to office just to talk about billing which hospital does that. Bad bad bad billing department. I will never go back. Regina never responds from the billing department.worst hospital

The orthodontist and her assistant are ok. I am just waiting to write my full review about my experience with the front desk especially the manager and how she is dealing with us. Is not good at all but I will write the details.

I have been trying to get in touch with ivanie for the last week or so and every time nobody either answers or the phone just keeps ringing she has been great up till now can someone please have her get in touch with me.she is the office manager.

The staff at this office is always kind and professional the manager Ivanie really takes her time to make it a great experience. Dr. Tran is very detailed and patient. Will recommend and I look forward to returning!

This review is specifically for the orthodontist department. I know that they travel but this is the location that I go to near vintage park on Louetta. My daughter is finally ending her almost 3-year treatment with braces. I will first start off by saying I did my research before I picked this dentist. At the time they were seeing us on 1960 and 290 (so reviews were different) and then abruptly they said they were no longer servicing that location 3 months into her treatment. The original orthodontist that we started off with was amazing. They abruptly stop doing service with them and since then my daughter has had a total of 3 different orthodontists which have told us different things. I am not sure if this is outsourced or what. (I should have looked into that but I didn’t think too as this was my first experience getting braces for a child). I initially signed up for automatic payments but after my identity was stolen, I changed my bank account information on file for my draft. For the next 4-5 months the billing office still drafted from an old account even after I put it in writing via email to their billing person and the manager at the office. I was so tired of billing issues I just paid it off. After paying it off every time I came into the office they stated that I had a bill and each time they would need to dig in the drawer to find my receipt which showed it was paid in full. (They also blamed that mix up on a switch in office staff). I wont even talk about the change in staff at the front which has also been exhausting because you’re having to explain to them you need to look in the drawer for my receipt. Lastly, I will talk about the Ortho team. There is a guy that changes out her brace wires and colors who is a gem, he is gentle and nice. There is a young lady who seems to always have an attitude (she looks African American, and she speaks Spanish so not sure her nationality). Just want to describe who I am talking about. She is very rough and if you send your child here, please sit in the back and check her is needed. I can’t stand when someone brings their attitude to work especially when you’re working with children. This may just be her all the time because I also remember her having to come into the 290 location because no one came to work and apparently she was supposed to be at another location and her attitude was horrible. That’s when I switched my 7 year from the dentist completely. I wish someone would have written this review for me so hopefully it will help someone else. If you decide to go here, get everything in writing, keep receipts and also monitor your child while they are in the chair. During Covid I was told I couldn’t go back and I just think they have gotten a little to comfortable with handling kids without parents. (speaking on Ortho).

This one of the best love dental I have been to. I will becoming back because of the friendly front desk and because of the amazing cleaning I got from Sabrina RDH! She was very nice and was able to answer all my questions! If you are looking for a new dentist office give this location a try!

My five year old son has been TERRIFIED of the dentist since having to get caps on his teeth last year. When I brought him to Lovett this year for his check up, he immediately began to panic and freak out. The staff was SUPER professional and immediately began to help me comfort him. They talked to him, sang to him lol, and explained their process to him step by step to give him comfort. By the time we left, my son was all smiles and is no longer afraid of the dentist ️

The customer service provided and friendliness were amazing. The Facilitys front desk and management team were extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer all of my questions and concerns. I was accommodated with a great treatment plan for my fillings and cleaning and steps to take for aftercare. I will definitely be back here for future treatment.

Terrible dentist! Horrible bedside manner! Beware! Getting flipped off by the middle finger by an office staff member (possibly the manager) is not acceptable, either!

Jen did my cleaning today. She did an awesome job. She gave me information about my particular situation which was helpful. I plan to follow her advice.

I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH DR. TRAN, HE DID AN AMAZING JOB ON MY BRIDGE IN THE FRONT. THE CROWN FIT PERFECTLY WITH MY ADJACENT TEETH. THE ASSISTANT CAMERON WAS A GREAT ASSISTANT AND MADE SURE I WAS CALM THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE PROCEDURE. THANKS DR TRAN AND CAMERON. I WILL BE BACK!

JEN was my Hygienist. I feel that it was worth my money this time. Jen is very knowledgeable and explained was what she did and why. I hope she stay here. Look forward to seeing her next time.
