I’m using this medium to let the world know that Dr. Okinedo is the best dentist ever met with compassionate heart, who’s ready to make the world smile

They trash they don't care about you only your money I called to make an appt for wisdom tooth extraction told them I been having pain and they didn't care they didn't book no appt they just care about ur money so screw them

Dr. Okinedo and her assistant Ashley were absolutely amazing! They were very patient with me and even stayed after work hours to finish! I am definitely making this my primary dentist!

Lovett dental overall is good but this place do not come here I've been coming here for a while and they always call last minute to reschedule appointments because the doctor is out of town (why make the appointment in the first place) or most of the times they don't call and you show up and they waste your time and tell you the doctor is not here you would think they have their stuff together but they don't. I had an appointment for June now I have to wait till July

Scheduled an appointment with the oral surgeon back in April. Get to my appointment today and not only is the surgeon not here, his bookings are closed for the rest of the month. Very unprofessional no one called to attempt to reschedule yet I got 4 different automated reminders about my appointment. Trying to get pricing for out of pocket cost and constantly met with the runaround I haven’t received any services from them and I’m honestly grateful I feel I wouldn’t have gotten satisfactory service either way

The insurance company and myself have been trying to reach this place on behalf of my husband since April 25th (spoke to Eliza) asked to speak to the Manager (Priscilla) left several messages, we also reached out to corporate office without any solution or call back. We received a bill which we in fact overpaid for and are due for refund. I do NOT recommend this place my husband had too many issues.

Dinied my insurance and claimed i need a deep cleaning. I was in a rush and I don't have time to reschedule because my time is limited. Their "deep cleaning" is less the a regular cleaning at a adequate dental office. Don't come here, they're schamer post a dental office.

Dr EFE did an amazing job, advice on next steps and expectations before procedure. Highly recommend High way 6 @ Westpark location.

This will not do what's best for you but for their pocket. Charge for a special cleaning and did less than my regular office does. Also recommend a bunch of other things my other dentist say not to mess with if it not bothering me.

I haven’t been there, but why would they say they’re open when they’re not? , On maps it says it’s open I called and I confirmed but when I arrived they are closed so I called again and they said oh sorry this branch is closed today and I have told them that I’m going to that branch completely unprofessional

They were able to assist me asap without much waiting time. The front desk and staff were very nice. The dentist was very quick to address my issue

Priscilla deserves to be acknowledged and recognized with acknowledged for her exemplary, outstanding professional dental care administrative credit approval financial aid & assistance in helping me on receiving the emergency oral surgery needed on my dental extractions. Ms. Priscilla deserves a "Double Diamond" Five (5) Star Rating for her enthusiastic, accurate accomplishment in successfully having my financial dental treatment out of pocket expenses being qualified for my emergency oral surgery dental care for two (2) tooth extractions performed by a wonderful, gentle, and kind oral surgeon at Lovett Dental Care Clinic.

Ms. Priscilla deserves to be awarded a " Meritorious Award Letter and a "Big Kodous" for a job well done.

Staff was great loved going here up until new manager Nikki came.she is very unprofessional and rude also must not realize where she work because she said she was new to mint dentistry. Other the her the rest of the staff is very awesome and welcoming
