Lovett Dental Webster

My wife and I are always impressed with the professonalism, courtesy and compassion of the entire staff at this location everytime we visit. We have officially found our dentist. We highly recommend you give them your business!

Dr. Adams and Brenda her hygienist only see patients over 13 years old, and they are super accommodating and kind! Any reviews about kids belong to a different Pediatrician team that goes to Webster on Monday and Tuesday. Anyway, I’ve always had excellent experiences, and I have a beautiful smile!

We have had several visits for pediatric and adolescent cleanings, fillings and crowns, however, on our second and third visit the hygienists began to get rude towards the two minor patients. I asked my children's father if it is necessary to get crowns as suggested by the dentist but he was unsure at first. Later, at our third visit the doctor was very aggressive while putting a crown on my pediatric patient. It was at that time that her father explained that much of the cavities that were present didn't need filings because they will eventually fall out as her permanent grown up teeth grow in. This dental office is good for cleanings and other minor work but not really qualified or prepared to do much more than assess and refer. They should be honest with their patients instead of coming off as agressive and rude especially towards their pediatric patients.

Wife and kids went here, they said they had all kinds of issues. Got a second opinion and magically those issues weren't there. They have continued to bill us for stuff even though we paid everything. Took 4 calls to cancel a follow up appointment. Didn't send over X-Rays to new dentist and continue to try and get them to come back. Do not use them as they have a third party scheduling so you can't even talk to the office when you call.

I’ve been searching for a dentist that was similar to the hometown feel growing up. My insurance plan didn’t offer many choices and I was hesitant about a “chain” dental
Office. Thankfully, I was met with an amazing dentist, Dr. Adams-Lesage and the staff who have helped me navigate some of the complex issues with aging teeth/gums. I’m thankful to have had this pleasant surprise and it is right around the corner from me…so I can say it feels like my “hometown” dentist.

They don’t answer the phone. Have been trying to reschedule my appointment for a couple days and the phone just rings.

Dr. Adams is so kind and caring and has a way of putting you at ease while at the dentist. She’s professional and skilled and the whole experience was great.

Another great experience with the team at Lovett Dental! Dr. Lesage is as efficient as always & the receptionists are always very kind (Barbara, Lariza, and Veronica). Thank y’all for helping me better my dental hygiene.

Dr. Adams was awesome, the staff was friendly. Dr. Adams was patient and compassionate with me and my anxiety. She thoroughly explained and educated me on any question or concern I had. I highly recommend the Bay Area office. I'll be changing to this chinc for all my dental needs

Most recent experience: Wakes in, the entire front desk staff doesn't greet you. The front desk staff was even eating food. They just look at you like your bothering them just for checking in. The dentist is polite but the experience is awful.

I highly recommend Lovett Dental if you need dental work done. Hygienist Brenda was very professional and took care of me. The staff there are also very professional and helpful. Thank you so much y’all amd see you on my next visit.
