This place is amazing. Get your T checked regardless of age. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable.
I had low T symptoms and finally decided to check it. I walked in and they explained how low T could affect me, followed by some labs. Lab work showed what I suspected. I found myself all of the sudden facing T shots. The staff all around are amazing, answered every question I had and extremely friendly and caring during the initial process. I now see them weekly and would not go anywhere else. Quick, easy and extremely efficient- I am in and out.

Great place to come and get treatment for my diabetes, low cost on medication, flexible hours for appointments and staff is great to work with.
I normally don't rate 1 star, but this place had every chance to redeem and didn't. Made my first appointment online and paid $99 for bloodwork/insurance. Came back for my second appointment to get information from the bloodwork and start my first treatment. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't submit a clear picture of the insurance card and it had to be re-submitted and my treatment was pushed off another office visit. On my third appointment, I was told they don't take my insurance and would have to self-pay. Honesty is very misleading from the website that lists my insurance. Moving forward I take my first treatment in the office and pay the fee. Was told your home treatment should arrive in 4 to 7 days. Make sure you start as soon as you receive it. I am waiting for my shipment nothing ever shows up, checking the app online and FedEx doesn't pull up the tracking number. I call on day 7 asking where is my shipment, was told several different things which none of them was my fault. I called the corporate office and was told someone would call me back, never received that call. After calling and trying to get someone to figure out what is happening here. We are on day 9 from when I was supposed to be starting my treatment and I have nothing. I am told that they weren't able to process my credit card on July 5, even though the charge went thru on my side. The doctor (whoever) authorizes your treatment and you should have it the next day. I get a message saying my treatment will arrive in 4 days! I explained this to the receptionist that I have been dealing with. She said let me get with the doctor and I will call you back. This place has a lot to work on when it comes to customer service. In my opinion that had several times to help and make it right.
