Today, I had my second appointment at the Low T Center in Pasadena. After researching testosterone therapy, the Low T Center is where I decided to go. My first appointment was at 8am- based upon prior experiences at other doctor's offices, I expected that I would have to wait in a room for about 30 minutes before anyone came in to take blood pressure, etc. This was NOT the case at Low T Center. This office runs like a well oiled machine. Right off the bat, I was greeted with friendly, smiling faces. The information that you have to fill out on the I-pad was a breeze. As soon as that was completed, they took my weight and ushered me into a room. I waiting maybe 30 seconds before an employee came in to take my blood. The lady that took my blood- I can't remember her name, but she has awesome tattoos, was a pro. I didn't even realize that she had stuck me with the needle! Glenda, the nurse practitioner, is probably the best that I have ever interacted with. She is very professional, thorough, and knows her stuff! She answered all of my questions, and provided me with a robust round of information related to men's health and testosterone therapy. Did I mention that she is nice too? I appreciate the fact that she didn't rush in and rush out, or treat me like just another number. Her evaluation and our discussion of my metrics was very comprehensive. The second visit went the same. After evaluating my second blood work results, and determining that I was a candidate, another employee came in and administered the injection. That process was seamless as well. My overall review of the Low T Center in Pasadena is pretty much as positive as it can get- I'm not really sure how they could improve any further. Thanks to Glenda and the team for their professionalism and hospitality.

I would look elsewhere for Testosterone treatment. If there are any other patience in the building, it could take a half hour or longer.

THE WHOLE TEAM: SHANNON, GLENDA. ELYSSA AND VICTORIA ARE ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY WITHOUT A DOUBT 5 STARS ALWAYS VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE. AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR CRAFT. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A RAISE IN PAY I WOULD. BUT I CAN'T SO I WILL GIVE THEM PRAISE. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. YOU GUYS ROCK.

Staff is wonderful and so knowledgeable, I went in just to see what the big hype is and after they tested blood twice they found a huge problem, now with following through with there treatment I’m feeling better then I ever have, I’ve always had issues I didn’t know how to explain to a doctor there treatment has helped most of the issues, there’s nothing embarrassing about getting help, they also do way more than just testosterone replacement they do sleep apnea, self wellness vitamin b shots I even was able to get my flu vaccine, I look forward to every appointment (weekly) each injection is making me feel amazing and seeing the staff each week is also a plus! Thank you low t and staff y’all are great!

Nothing compares to the professionalism, kindness and caring employees at my Low T center. Full of insight and helpful information. Always available to answer any of my questions or concerns and I’ll never go to anyone else. This service is by far the best I’ve ever had in any profession and I can’t thank you enough.

Ordered sleep test online.took test and scheduled an appointment.was told a cpap machine was needed. Going on four weeks still no machine. I asked if I could have my prescription and go somewhere else to get machine. I was told they would talk to doctor and let me know its been a week since that conversation. Called 3 times today no answer. Nowhere does it it say i have to use low t center for treatment please give me my prescription so ii can go elswhere.

These people are amazing. They always do a thorough exam, and the nurses are always extremely friendly. Zero wait time. I always look forward to my weekly visit.

I would first like to say I have been a patient at Low T center since 2016 and have had pleasant experiences at Frisco, Southlake, Plano, Kingwood, and the Woodlands locations. Unfortunately this location is not in line with the overall brand. The PA there gave me the incorrect dose and demanded I do blood work when I had already done it on my previous visit. She was rude and seemed inconsiderate about my overall need for the treatment. The lady who administered the treatment and blood draw seemed like the only one who knew what they were doing. When. I went to pay the lady at the front counter and she did not know how to verify my insurance so she tried to charge me the full uninsured rate. I told her I normally pay my copay of 25.00usd and was not going to anymore then that. She then demanded I pay the full amount and at that point I walked out. I called the Woodlands location to notify them I would be paying them the for that visit next week when I went to their location. When I came to the Woodlands location I was told they threw my blood away because of the payment discrepancy. I drive 50 minutes for this treatment and pass a Synergix and a Renew Youth clinic on my way here. If this is how Low T Centers are going to be treating their patients then I will be going elsewhere. I guess Low T Centers are getting enough business that they dont need mine.
