Had to buy a new mower the sales man Junior (I hope I'm remembering his name right) was very helpful and I got my new mower the next day and now there going to work on my tractor and brush mower I'm a very satisfied customer

Bought a 70 horse power tractor with front bucket, forks, and 6 foot bush hog. Absolutely love the tractor. HOWEVER, I specifically asked for a trailer that could haul the tractor. And needed a trailer with 7,000 pound axles. What I got was a trailer with 3,500 hundred pounds axles. I contested the trailer with the dealer, they said they misunderstood, and bought back the trailer. I asked to be sold the appropriate trailer, and they tried to charge me 8,400 bucks for a trailer that would haul my tractor. I then said no, the idea of them making ANOTHER profit off their mistake agitated me. What I SHOULD have done was demand the right trailer at the other's price. At this point, not sure I will ever go back.

It has been 18 yrs.since I bought my 1st Kubota tractor from Lowe Tactore in Henderson, Texas. Owner Steve Lowe was really great at representing his company then. He has continued a commitment to his customers in East Texas. I recently purchased a new L3901 Kubota with Front Loader from his newest Tyler, Texas location. I was helped by Junior Rodriquez his sales representative who has great customer service and made my buying experience a pleasure to do business again with Lowe Tractor.

Parts department leaves much to be desired. Only had half the parts we need d in stock and it took the parts guy half an hour to find them. It is worth the drive for us to go to Longview to get what we need in the future.

I had to get my Kubota lawn tractor service. I didn't know where to go and somebody suggested Lowe tractor. I left my tractor there for 3 days, they gave it a tune-up and an oil change and the complete once-over. Now it runs great and I'm so happy that I took it to Lowe tractor.

Friendly and helpful staff! I went in for a part for my zero turn and because it's still under warranty it was free.

Good friendly professional employees. Very helpful.
Parts are not cheap.but original.
Kubota needs to work on competitive prices.
