Lowes Farm Dental Care, Mansfield TX

Would not recommend. Sat in office for 3 hours as a new patient and left disappointed. Was hoping this dental office would work out since it’s around the corner from my house. They wouldn’t take care of me because they somehow couldn’t verify my insurance. Worst experience taking gum X- rays, my gums hurt for days (I have taken these multiple times with no issues). They were supposed to reach out to me with a dental plan for next steps to set up my deep cleaning appointment but I never heard back. Oh and I just got a bill for nothing. Will take my business elsewhere.

I don't know how this rating is so high!? But it's not accurate! If you look on Yelp this business has a 1.5 rating and it's shows. I made an appointment for 4pm bc of my new job. They moved it without letting me no to a 8 am appointment. I was infuriated! And all the Dr.had to say was "Well if you don't wanna be here.
. Dont worry I wont be back!

Excellent care! The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hygienist and dentist have always been professional during each of my visits. Truly appreciate the care that they provide.

I've been going to Lowes Farm for over 10 years. The staff is always courteous and professional. No long wait time. Friendly reminders of upcoming office visits.

Very informative dentist visit for all 3 kids. They explained the processed so that I was aware of what was being done and Dr. Chris Nguyen was able to coxed my son to get his x-rays done. By the end of the appointment, Dr. Nguyen had cleaned and polished Tanner's teeth and they were chitchatting like they were best friends. Front office staff was very helpful and friendly with flexible appointments available. Thank you.

I set a new patient appointment for my son and myself the morning of they cancelled two appointments last minute. I was able to reschedule for two days later. I was told I would have paperwork sent by text I called and asked twice and they didn’t send… morning of appointment I called and requested again and finally received the paperwork. I arrive all paperwork was already sent in and sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes after my appointment was to start with no explanation finally I was taken back and sat another ten minutes and finally left after cancelling all appointments. I would not recommend this office for the simple fact every patients time is valuable and not being on time or informing as to why during waiting period is not acceptable.

Jasmine, the office scheduler, has no idea what she is doing. She asked if I had insurance, I told her yes and gave her the plan name. It is a VERY well known, national insurer. She asks me questions as if she has no idea about this insurer, and had no idea what "in network" means (her office is, in fact, in network for this insurer). We didn't get past a few sentences when it became clear she had no idea what she was doing. I'll take my business elsewhere.

My oral surgery was handled very well. My surgeon and all the staff were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible service! The dental hygienist was amazing, very sweet and knowledgeable! The Dr was professional and thorough, explaining everything! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who may need them!
