Lowe's Garden Center, Lewisville TX

I love Lowes Lewisville.
A little slower pace and time to
Look around. I am a penny pincher
So having time to look around and
Take another option counts.

I like Lowes. I like that they have veteran parking spaces. I'm just curious why there's no Marine Corps seal on the wall in the hall where the restrooms are.

Lowe's is a great store if you know what you want. It is rather irritating when you don't find someone who could help you. If you do get someone, knowledgeable, then not only do you learn something, but you could end up saving money. Unfortunately, there are not many of such kind. Somehow, I always end up at lowe's.even if I don't buy anything.many new items to hold my interest

They had unstick and items priced however, used the self check out, and was leaving, the associate was just standing there didn't say a word on and y'all had 2 make associates leaning on the entrance where the carts are smoking pot. When we were leaving, they were still there. Way too trashy for my taste.

Great service.most of the time.
Sometimes hard to find help especially when I am in a hurry.

Wondering if service kiosks could be available upon entry.
This could alert and direct service personnel to areas where customer may need advice and consultation to find items or tools for a job.
A simple area layout of store areas, like: paint, tools, plumbing, flooring, etc.could be selected.
Customer could make their selections by their Lowes app or manual keyboard entry.
Most regular Lowe's customers probably wouldn't need this usually but occasionally when in a hurry it could really help alleviate aggravation in trying to locate the needed items.
I think this would really put Lowes on the cutting-edge of consumer service satisfaction too!

Good Lowe's. Helpful staff. Nice selection. I dislike the new policy of self checkout only. Took away one star due to that.

Busy. Very busy. But line moved quickly. Lots of plants, flowers, shrubs all looking healthy. Some good sales

Great customer service, they changed their clearance pricing & the selection was pretty picked over but everyone is looking for a bargain these days. Lowe's is my go to store.

I'm a fan of Lowe's. My hubby is a fan of a competitor. Guess what? I always win. Yep. We ended up at my favorite place. Lowe's.

Picked up some spring things. Weed & feed, hose, shelving unit, bug spray etc. Got everything and my 10% military discount!

Always good deals and selection.
Helpful associates not upset with the interruption of an inquiry about availability or location about needs.

By now you should see that I am in this store 2 to 3 times a day. I will go out of my was to shop at this store because of the way I am treated and respected at this store. The employees are great. I wish all Lowes were like this one.

Called ahead and spoke to manager in lawn and garden about a product which she assured me she had in stock. Arrived and she had looked at another product that wasnt even related to what we spoke about. And of course they were out of the product i actually wanted. Not sure how she's a manager but im not surprised.the Lewisville location is historically bad.

I thought Lowe's had better customer satisfaction than home Depot but they seem to struggle to keep their staff or not having enough. Therefore they lack the attentiveness to the customer.

If you happen to go to customer service to buy propane gas, returns or refund, expect to be there 30 min.

Would've gave 5 stars but the manager over the plant area wasn't so kind. I was one of the first customers on black Friday & there was only 1 person that was in a good mood and recognize the importance of customer service (AA manager over shipping). This guy has good ideas and the company should listen to him more.
