Ruth was literally the sweetest. I watched her help the customer before me and was super impressed with how she deals with people.

I absolutely love having Lowes a few blocks from home. It's so easy to run over and pick up what I need. They always have what I want and also have a great selection of many items. I love their garden center also. They never disappoint!

This place is horrible. The world would be a far better place without it. If it did not exist I would have no chance of forgetting just how horrible it is and would drive further to any other hardware store to get better service in any department. And probably still save time. My previous rating for this store was a two for the last two years. This comment is specific to this Lowes.

Got a grill that was on sale. It was already put together. A gentleman helped to put it in vehicle. The employee said it was against store policy for him to help me put it in the vehicle. I paid the gentlemen for helping me. Got home and my neighbor put the grill on his dolly.

They have everything BUT NOT ONE CUSTOMER SPOKE AT ALL WALKED PASS 6 EMPLOYEES NOT ONE GREATED ME NO ASKED YOU NEED SOME HELP. SUCKS

No good you can fine anybody to help you and when you ask for help no one person will be able to assist you

Everything was great except the African woman that was working the self checkout was rude. Had poor manners and was just plain right horrible.

Rudest people on earth work there and to the ladies at the service desk especially the managers if you do not like your job then quit. Some of us r contractrs and on time limite yet you take your up sweet time ol time but you sure are quick to be rude. I wouldn't send my momma to that store and strongly suggest that you don't either.

Find what you need for your home repair. WARNING: Some of the staff were disinterested, aloof, disengaged, and unfriendly. Just saying.

Very poor customer service from the "managers" - David & Clark. They were more interested in each other and their cell phones then helping My Husband & I.
My husband spends lots of $$$ at Lowes and we have never been treated the way that these managers. Very poor customer service.

I wish I could give a 0 because this store Never has anyone around to help you. And when you do see someone they don't work in the department you need help in. It's like this Every time I go in there it Never fails. It amazes me how they are still in Business! I Hate Lowe's.

One of my favorite places to shop. Although, the Garden Center was a mess. Not enough help to get the heavy things I wanted. Dead plants everywhere, really unattractive. Hate the self checkout- Always a problem with it. Other than that, I enjoy shopping there & they usually have what I'm looking for.

As usual no employee around to help me find what I was looking for. Finally found a guy and you would have thought I was asking for a kidney and they still didn't carry the simple dowel screw I was needing.

Great they all use same aisle layout, saves time when chasing out of stock things at different store.

This is by far the the worst run Lowe's I've ever been to, finding a cat or employee is nearly impossible. If not for the location I'm sure they would be trouble.

This place is good only if you know exactly what you need and want, getting help or someone to check you out is next to impossible. Also staff is not nearly as knowledgeable as in some other hardware stores. I shop here only out of convenience as it's closer to my house then other stores and only if I don't need any help and can use self checkout as most of the times that is the only option.

I have been to the Lowe's home improvement stores all over the country literally, and this is by far the worst one it's not the store itself it's the employees. Everyone their lives down there knows that you like their s*** don't stink and that you're an inconvenience or hassling them whenever you ask a question customer service sucks.not recommend shopping here go down the street to Home Depot

It's a good place to get thing for home improvement needs and Gruden things but it is a little bit more expensive

Garden center great this the 2 star rating. Crappy service if any throughout rest of store, would give that negative 10 if possible. Go elsewhere

It may be the location but our local Lowe's seems to be dumbing down. Very reduced selection and cheaper goods at the same prices. Two out of two recent trips they didn't have what I wanted and tried to sell me something I didn't want.
