Been here twice in the past month. All in all pretty horrible experience. First time I purchased a shelf which was damaged in the box. Personnel at the customer service stand processed my return no problem. After I returned the shelf, I filled a cart with what I thought was close to $500 worth of items. When I went to check out 2/3 of the items I had picked up were mis priced and substantially more expensive than the sticker on the shelf I pulled them from. Cashier told me I needed pictures of the marked prices. Examples, silver HVAC tape 9.98 at register instead of 5.98 as marked on shelf. Small step stool $79 instead $29.99. I left the entire basket.

Will not be returning to this store!

Waiting time for service is excessive. Very difficult to speak to a professional to have questions answered. Not sure if this is at all locations but definitely would recommended to go to a different Lowe’s.
Update - even supervisors are unhelpful. They don’t want your money. Bottom line, don’t come to this location. Leroy and Adam stated they would call me back…still waiting on that call:).

I ordered a new fridge from here. Instead I received two damaged refrigerators. I was told that someone would contact me to attempt delivering a 3rd fridge and never heard anything. I’ve spent hours on hold, made several trips to the store with absolutely no resolution and horrible customer service. After over a month of dealing with this, I got fed up and requested for them to pick the fridge up and give me a full refund. I had to call several times about them picking the fridge up. Nothing. Randomly they call me at 7 am saying they’re coming that day. So now I have to transfer all of my food to a friends fridge while I wait for them to come get their fridge so that I can get a new one from another store. It’s now been almost 3 weeks, and not a refund in sight. In fact all that has been offered to me is 10% off of my NEXT purchase as if id ever order anything else from them. I am now currently disputing the charge and have to wait up u to 90 days to get my $800 back. Go elsewhere. It’s not worth it.

I was looking to buy a washing machine after having back surgery. Therefore I did not want to find a ride to go to the showroom if there were no floor models of the type of washers I was looking for to look at. I called the appliance department for 4 days in a row and no-one ever answered. I asked to speak to the manager and that number went unanswered. Finally the customer service person told me she would personally carry my message to him. No return call. Their customer service obviously lacks and I will be looking elsewhere. Guess they don’t need business from a serious buyer.

I have always promoted
Lowe’s over Home Depot while my husband prefers Home Depot. Lowe’s lost me forever today. We went in looking for a new toilet - buying one today, and need it installed, and several sales associates brushed us off, one even ignoring my HPD sergeant husband. This is a terribly managed location. The Westbury Home Depot is much better.

What a waste of a trip. I drove 30 miles out of my way to pick up a soldering kit that supposedly had 2 in stock in this store. When i got to the store, they claimed they were sold out. That's what i get for thinking lowes was "pro friendly"

Lowe’s has their own take on home improvement. I like having the option to shop here and well as Home Depot. I’m definitely like the variety of options Lowe’s has to offer! Check out was also quick and easy no lines at 3pm on a Wednesday!

I waited way too long to get my item from the pickup area. Not very helpful staff, I had to wait for the person tending to the pickup counter to finish a personal phone call before she could help me. I waited for approximately two minutes for her to finish her call. Very unprofessional, she also had a pretty bad attitude. I do not recommend this location.

While shopping for a NOAA weather radio, Lowe's website said they had seven in stock of the model I was looking for and even offered the aisle and bay location. Went to the Meyerland location and not only were they completely out of the radio I was looking for, the radios were located in a completely different location. I found exactly what I was looking for at Walmart. Don't trust Lowe's website.

A great place to buy flower plants. However their collection for herbs was limited and seeds were not available. Nevertheless if you want to get all your household and garden stuff in one place, this is it.

Poor service, lack of knowledgeable staff. I ordered a dryer and they specified the dryer gas line I would need. It didn't include the adapter fitting I needed and it took 3 extra trips to get the correct parts and 2 hours of waiting and asking employees. They have meetings Everytime I am in the store and the employees that are on the floor don't help, they just socialize with each other. If it wasn't for the military discount, I would go to Home Depot.

Best advice I can give.place your order online for in-store pickup then call the store and have an employee put their hands on your items. At that point you can head on over and get what you need without wasting time!

From top to bottom the people at this location care how they treat customers. Burned 3 times now and wont be back. They will end up the same as the Outback that use to be in the same center. GONE!

They called and said they didn't have the item I ordered after it was in their inventory. The person that called left a voicemail with no name if I had questions. I called back 4 times and no one has picked up. I stayed on hold for 10 mins. Find another Lowes.

Helpful staff and great prices. Also like the fact that their appliance deliverers are also their appliance installers (some stores have one crew drop off purchase and another crew come later to install, which can be problematic because purchase may be free of visible dents or scratches, but then not operate properly and the separate crew of installers can't haul the device away, but can only schedule another team to come pick it up).
