The front staff is friendly and helpful, but it’s very hard to find someone in the back to help you if you have any questions or concerns.

After wandering in the floor section for twenty minutes, no one asked me if they could help me. I stood and watched an employee on a computer who never looked around to see if anyone was in need of help. My new flooring will NOT be bought from Lowes!

My experience today with this store was HORRIBLE! I’m really big on customer service. The 3 associates that I made contact with today need to really brush up on their customer service skills. The first lady that I ran into to ask about the location of fire wood was on her phone and gave me the “one minute finger” then proceeded to continue her conversation. I walked away to find another associate, he mentioned the location of the wood and turned around to continue whatever it was he was doing. The third guy was just really nonchalant with my question. I really hope that management sees this and makes changes so customers don’t leave the store feeling like I did. Not that anyone probably cares, but I won’t be back!

I visited this Lowes on a Monday evening. There were lots of sales associates walking around the store. This was the LEAST helpful Lowe's I have been to. The two associates I asked either didn't know where the materials were located, ot told me "you probably know more about it than we do" (think his name was Ricky who was in plunbing) without asking another associate to help me. Total waste of my time. Found what I was looking for at Home Depot. The culture at this Lowe's need to change.

By far one of the BEST hardware stores out there when it comes to customer service and putting customers first! Thank you to all the employees at this location.

Yesterday I went to get my kit (free) for my girl, but they gave me the one for the month of November, I told them I wanted the one for December, and they told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I'm not stupid, it's too bad that they didn't respect my reservation.terrible attention I had.

Stopped at this location looking for washer and dryer. Angel from the appliance department was above and beyond helpful. He was knowledgeable about different brands, checked available inventory for us (since it was unpredictable due to Black Friday sales) and the overall purchase experience couldn't have been more efficient and pleasant.

Awesome customer service. Ordered a patio heater because they are so hard to find. Lowe’s called us when they got an extra one and was able to get it earlier than expected.

One representative was extremely helpful but someone else at the desk was dismissive. Overall a good experience, well lit and clean. They had the pickup order ready, just took a minute.

We recently ordered new carpet to be installed from this location and, unfortunately, there were some problems with the order and installation. The flooring and management teams at this location are stellar- they went above and beyond to remedy the situation. It's a breath of fresh air to work with a customer service team that is focused on finding a solution as opposed to fighting with the customer. Huge thanks to Teresa from flooring and the assistant store manager for making it right.

This is one of the better Lowes store, employees are friendly and helpful. I was getting an lawn mower and my mover's coupon expire one day and they still gave me the discount

Didnt have the key I needed but there were plenty of people around to help out and the staff was very friendly.

Rude employees, especially the one that goes by CJ in the returns department.
She will give you an attitude and make smart remarks. She must hate her job to be so ugly and rude to the customers.

I will Never Ever go to Lowe's again.

Be fully prepared to have more than enough time to check out. No coupons.
