Lowe's Home Improvement, Spring TX

Went in today to purchase a cordless rechargeable lawn edger, and some other miscellaneous items. After a few minutes of shopping I found John in the inside lawn and garden area and he gave me the info on eGo Power products so after getting the recommendation from him I chose to purchase the V65 model and went and finished my shopping. Went to check out and found out that a battery and charger wasn’t included with this tool so back to the department I went, frustrated but went back to get the paperwork so I can buy the battery and charger. Went to check out again and found out that they had battery but NO CHARGERS, after I had rung everything up. Wasted a lot of time and effort to buy this and go home and finish my yard work and other projects I had in the works. I waited over 20 minutes for a manager to come and sort it out if possible, and in the end Will the manager calmed the situation down, at this point I just wanted my money back, he went and got a charger from another piece of equipment being sold just so I could finish my work at home and basically compensated me for my time and frustration. He gave it to me! On the House! Wasn’t expecting that but I excepted this solution from Will and can’t say how satisfied this made my experience here at My neighborhood Lowe’s. Thanks, Will, you’ve been my store for the 6 years I’ve lived in the Klein area and I will definitely continue to enjoy shopping here! Sorry I wrote such a book on this but I just wanted to explain so you guys got the real picture this manager did a stand up thing, and It made my day.

The gentlemen at this particular Lowes go out of they're way for me every time I walk in the door. So into returning going to continue to take the time to blow smoke. Chris, Pete, Caleb, and nice pretty black haired girl at the register. Thank You and great job

So normally I am a home depot guy all day. I met my mother n law and wife at Lowes to get her some mulch. This place has the most awesome selection of plants and flowers I have ever seen. I went there to help someone and ended up buying a whole ton of gardening plants. 5 stars all day and I may even be a new customer and that's saying alot

Love the attention you receive every time you go in. I also really like the fact that if you're looking for something they don't just point and say it's over there they will walk you over to what you're looking for and get you the help that you need I would recommend this location to any of my friends I frequent the one on Lowe's I'm sorry I frequent the one on kuykendahl and 2920.

Good atmosphere and local neighborhood atmosphere feeling. Retail is not easy now, but good management with concern for employees reflect well on this store.

Had a terrible experience at the Conroe location yesterday looking for a grill for my son's birthday. This location was night and day compared to yesterday. Within 2 minutes of walking into the store a guy working in the grill section helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He even double checked to make sure there were no scratches because it was a gift. There were actual employees at checkout to help. I was in and out of the store and completely happy with my experience in less than 10 minutes. I'm overjoyed that customer service isn't dead.

Clean and well stablished Covid-19 safety protocols. Today I couldn’t get anybody to assist me in the plumbing department around 3 o’clock, but overall service & courtesy is always great.

Big thank you to this location and Pete Vida at the pro desk. I'd been trying to get a lumber package from some smaller lumber yards and they were beyond outrages expensive, called around to several Home Depots and other lowes locations and I couldn't get them to actually help me with a large but simple order. I called this location and Pete got right on it with a quote and it beat everyone in town. I also mentioned to him I wanted good lumber he and team hand picked the best and every piece was perfect. He was responsive and efficient. This lowes is doing it right. Happy to say we've did entire dry in of our house with lowes and this location. Thank you to Pete V and Chris C.

I had a great experience! Salma in paint was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. She found the paint color I asked for on the computer and mixed it for me. She was knowledgeable and helped me find a primer for my needs. Melissa at the register was so very helpful, too. She saw that I was struggling at the self-check out and fixed the problem with a sweet attitude. I am a long-time customer and love this store!

They give present and past military 10% discount which is awesome and you can put 7 people on your account

They use a 3rd party for appliance delivery and installation. They are unprofessional and lied to Lowe's about the install.

Do not purchase any appliance that has to be delivered. They have a great selection and eager sales reps to help you but when it comes to the delivery it is a total nightmare.

We purchased a washer and dryer and due to manufacturing, they had to be delivered separately. Both deliveries were absolutely disorganized, late, and non customer centric. If there is an award for being absolutely perfect at being dysfunctional, the delivery service of Lowe’s would win by a long shot. In my 52 years on the planet, I have never experienced such consistency at being that bad.

On 5 different occasions they scheduled the time for delivery and then no showed and no called. And the act of trying to get it rescheduled was horrendous.

Of course they use an outside vendor and thus it makes getting it resolved that much worse. When you call the store to try to get someone to help it’s not beneficial and they are just as frustrated ad I/you would be.

It’s unfortunate to have marketing promoting appliances and not have the system behind it to make it were they to purchase from Lowe’s.

Whoever is responsible for the vendor relationship and holding them accountable needs to re-examine their ability to do the job.

Never gets any better. Can't find help and when you finally find someone, they work in a different department and can't help you! Lowe's, you have to get better, we're not all contractors but homeowners who need help choosing the right products for out home improvement projects!
