16This is the worst Lowrs ever. Did a curbside order & after arriving I checked in on the App. After waiting 15mins I called & no answer finally I saw a worker loading something for another customer. I approached him and he told me I could go to customer service & get it. Well after another 10 mins the worker comes back and says sorry but the person that does curbside is on break. Wow last time I had the same problem I was told they were out to lunch. Pure ridiculousness at that Lowes no customer service.
Staff don't have a clue about what's going on or what they have in stock. And most of them are RUDE as they come.
Really disappointed to find out that they don't match prices with other Lowe's stores.
Awesome! We bought a few small things for Black Friday but to be welcomed with a breakfast baggie was icing on the cake! Amazing!
Hannah at the paint station was very friendly & attentive. Helped me super quick.

Never have more than the self check out registers open with one person Working them. A single hiccup and you’re waiting 10 minutes in line just to check out.
They always have what we're looking for and most time's when we have a question we can always rely on someone that has reasonable knowledge to explain use of items purchased. My husband isn't a plumber but the gentleman at Lowe's helped us pick out the garbage disposal we were looking for by listening to what we wanted, less noise and larger and tips on install. My husband got it done without hesitation. TY Lowe's for hiring experienced people.
So far it's a good place the employees customer service this young gentleman helped me in the paint department and good communication because he was trying to explain to me he was helping someone else before me and he did not forget about me and I appreciate that very much so keep up the good work

The two employees that helped me were wonderful. I appreciated it. Yet, with so many people shopping, there just were not enough staff. I had to go searching for someone and take them to where I needed help. But they were friendly and helpful.
Staff isn't very willing to assist here. But inventory is usually pretty good and prices are fair
We stopped by today to pick up some supplies for a new project we are working on. We needed advice on a drillbit and Roy was extremely helpful and had great customer service. He took his time and showed us where they were located and which drill bit and tools he recommended for our project. It was refreshing to talk to an employee who was knowledgeable and friendly.
They didn't have what I needed at the Goliad road location but I went up IH 35 to O'Connor and they put a heater aside for me.
Management took forever to help us and left employees by themselves to do things they were not trained for.
Check out too forever cuz the machine got stuck when we tried cash back.
Staff needs more training, when I asked questions most of the answers I got were " I'm sure or I'm not to familiar with that" sorry but you got to know what you're selling.
At first, we couldn't find anyone to help us. Staff was in a meeting. Buying a freezer, finally had a young salesperson to come and make our day. Professional and so friendly.
