Clean store. Employees are somewhat knowledgeable. Drive by "other place" to get to this one. Mainly because this one is well maintained. Friendly staff.

I always have problems loading the wue I buy. I buy over $100k a year at this same store in Cinco Ranch, and I ALWAYS have trouble loading it. I can never talk to the Manager, they always tell me he's on Vacation. I would like to ask that the Manager please contact me, PLEASE and try to resolve this. The store is losing TENS of contractors like me due to the lack of Loaders.

I went in to find pipe installation. I ask a worker and he told me where they were. I asked another worker where the glove covering for outside faucets were and he showed me got everything I needed and staff was extremely helpful

Decent service, got what I needed, only reason it's not 5 stars is because we got a heavy item and were told we'd get assistance in loading it, but after 15 minutes no assistance, luckily another customer offered it lend and extra set of hands.

Has been out of stock of more items that I wanted than those in stock. Some of the staff are not knowledgeable of the store or how to help. At the end of the day, it's still a Lowe's, so I can't complain.

This store has no cashier's and they force you to go through the self-checkout counters which there are only four of four store this size it's pretty ridiculous

On 6/24/23, I purchased a "NEW" Whirlpool refrigerator from the Missouri City, TX Lowes store. On 6/29/23, the "NEW" refrigerator was delivered to my home and my old one hauled away. The exterior of the refrigerator looked very good but what I didn't see until cleaning the interior of the refrigerator a few minutes after it was delivered and installed, was that a 12" brown stain (looked as if some type of liquid had spilled and rolled downward) was in the very back and lower portion of the refrigerator. I tried to remove the stain but without any success. I contacted Whirlpool's customer service and asked suggestions of how I could remove the stain. After telling the agent the model and serial no, she immediately suggested that based on this information, the "NEW" refrigerator was either a floor model and/or open box. So, I then started thinking back and realized the optional ice maker kit was already installed when delivered and it was not in a box but slightly protected with plastic and tape. I returned to the MO. City Lowe's store and requested an exchange. I was told that when a new refrigerator is purchased, the system automatically finds the model and color requested and when that refrigerator is located, it is delivered from the nearest Lowe's store, i.e, MO City Lowes did not have my model in stock. So, the supervisor of the MO City store contacted the Cinco Ranch, Katy, TX Lowe's store, the origin of the refrigerator, and explained that an exchange is needed. A few days later, a refrigerator is bought to my house and based on my past experience, I walked out to the delivery truck and I, along with the delivery team, immediately see a huge dent in the front door of the freezer door. I refused the refrigerator. Another exchange is attempted and that refrigerator's freezer door's rubber seal is hanging from the door preventing the freezer door from closing. I refuse this refrigerator as well. So, now I obviously, am done with working with the Cinco Ranch, Katy, TX Lowe's store and would like for the refrigerator still in my house, the stained one, to be removed and a refund issued.

It took many, many phone calls to finally have the "stained" refrigerator picked up from my home and a refund issued which is a month after the initial purchase of the refrigerator.

I am writing this lengthy review to WARN any potential buyers of purchasing an appliance from the Lowes Cinco Ranch, Katy, TX store. The store obviously does NOT have any quality control system in place to have allowed 3 obviously damaged refrigerators to be delivered to a customer's home. In fact, I believed now, the 1st refrigerator was a return from a previous customer which is the reason an optional ice maker was already installed at the time it was delivered along with the interior stain that could not be removed.

PLEASE, PLEASE take the time to look any appliance over very well prior to accepting the delivery in your home. Because if not, due to lack of good quality control and communication between you the customer and the store personnel, you will find yourself involved in a stressful situation that will become very slow to resolve.

UPDATE: Below, you will see a response from the Cinco Ranch, Katy, TX Lowes providing a telephone no.for me to call. That telephone no.is the regular store no.and when I called, after a long wait, customer service did not know who to transfer my call to. So, it seems that response to my review was to show any future readers that the store expressed concern for what I endured and wanted to see how they could assist me further. However, that concern was without merit because even the store's customer service did not know who could have responded to my review nor who to transfer me to.

Nice store. Employees aren't exactly the friendliest or most helpful but good customer service is a dinosaur now.

My wife and I needed a new washer and dryer real fast since ours both broke down at the same time. We decided to drive down the street to the Lowe's. Olu the appliance sales rep helped us right away. We picked the washer and dryer we wanted and 2 days later they were delivered. Right on time. Very easy process at the store and reliable delivery. Great work by Olu the sales rep and Lowe's with the delivery! Thank you!

Absolutely awful customer service. Purchased appliances when moved here - no way to get through to a real person. You have to drive there and they still refuse to assist - go to Best Buy or Home Depot

Got some nice solar blinds. Since mostly online it's expensive. The associate helped us out on whether we should have picked solar shades or blinds. She was really helpful.

Lowes @ spring green really need their folks on train customer centric skills. I was working on home projects past weekend, purchased about 40 bags of soil/mulch. With my back pain issues, requested the team to help me load the bags in my SUV. They just throw an attitude at me, saying they only load if the quantity is about 20 bags, it was Small SUV so I had to make few trips for 40 bags. The customer care sucks! Seriously need training, same issues encountered returning some stuff, so much of attitude for a moment I felt I got the stuff free as they really did not care for customer centricity! Just stuck as their is no other Lowes or Homedepot closer.

Another great Lowes location. Staff is awesome, they know their stuff and are always looking to be helpful. Of particular note is Jonathan in the law and garden inside section who helped with a recent purchase - he was friendly and knowledgeable about the various lines of edgers.

Store is well stocked and organized.

Ample handicap parking out front and the whole store is easily accessible.

Changing tables in both restrooms.

Speedy checkout.

Great garden section.
