I went to the Lowe’s on S. Plano Rd.in Richardson in need of a replacement hot water heater. The customer service provided by David, Mitch, Josh and the delivery team was outstanding. The specific hot water heater I wanted was not in stock at the Richardson Lowe’s so David and Mitch located it at another Lowe’s. They were able to get the hot water heater transferred to the Richardson Lowe’s that same day with delivery to my home the next morning. The delivery team was on time, efficient and courteous. I am very appreciative of the exceptional level of customer service which David, Mitch, Josh and the delivery team provided.

Nice selection of antiques and smalls, the inside was comfortable spacious The little Cafe was busy and it seemed popular.

We usually go to lowes and deal with Chad in the pro desk (who is amazing) I missed him today and was trying to acquire 2 rolls of carpet padding, so I called and Ryan flat out refused to sell the padding stating they may need it for an install, which the flooring installers provide the padding and they are 6 weeks out on installation! Completely blown away at the flat out refusal to purchase 2 rolls of padding! I have never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life!

Lowes, maybe you should hire more people like him that want to take care of the customer!

Employees just waking around looking for customers to help. Laid back managers that know what is going on and where things are. Multiple check out lanes open and several self checks working. You can tell when a company treats employees well AND makes it easy to do business with. They get my business everytime.

Delivery Service was excellent from Thomas. Thomas would discuss with you before unloading the order. Make sure don’t damage our lawn & sprinkler system. Very professional & knowledgeable.
Delivery team were easy to contact & communication,
They are fast and efficient for replacement. Really take care their customers.

My trip to Lowe's on Plano and Belt Line was a great experience. This was my first visit to this location and I will definitely return.
The employees were so nice and helpful. I had researched what I needed and had the item number. Even though the number was not found in the system, they knew what I was looking for and where it was located. VERY IMPRESSIVE.
They also kindly loaded the items in my car placing plastic on the seats for protection.

Louis has always been a great place for me and my family to shop. We were a retired military family. And now I am a ex spouse of a military person. Which he has served and he is a veteran. But all the time I have been using my card and they have taken away the whole thing with it and we done it so had to re-enter to get a discount which had been such a hassle. Did all the right things and show identification. Hope they get that straight other than that it's a great place to shop.

Customer Service was excellent from Tammy in Appliances. I bought a washer and dryer, the process was quick and she was helpful as well as knowledgeable. While I waited another associate came and offered help too! If you are wondering about whether to shop here or a competitor I would stop in this location first. I'm impressed, and cannot wait for my new appliances to be delivered!

Just don't order anything from them. Don't do it. We have been shopping here for well over ten years and have had SEVERAL problems with installations and ordered products from them. The most common theme with ordering is that they take your money and then NEVER SHOW UP. That's right, you need a new water heater? Ha, ok, 'lowes can do that for you' except they don't. Need a new fridge? Ok, 'lowes can also do that for you' but again, they no-show. If they were an employee of mine, I would have fired them. But they are, unfortunately, the closest hardware store to my house, so, we are continuing this unhappy union until one of us dies, I guess. Ugh, f you lowes.

Went in to get some furniture sliders for some new appliances that are being delivered. Alec helped me find what I needed, the mobile app said that there were 6 of this item in stock. They weren't on the shelf. Alec looked high and low and finally found them, I got 3 sets of them. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. He is definitely an asset to this store. Great employee, great store. Love to shop here. Highly recommend going here to this store for all of your home improvement needs.

Went here too shop for a few set of sliding drawer channel's. The store is very neat and organized. The staff is very helpful. The store is well stocked. I love to shop here.

I was looking for indoor starter plants, they didn't have a good/large selection & what was available were not worth buying. A lot of there plants were dead & not organized.

Not what it used to be. FYI I purchased a toilet repair kit. It was missing a critical part so I returned it. The next day that same kit was back on the shelf waiting on a new victim, still missing the critical part. What's up with that?

The staff is always very helpful but was extremely helpful this visit. My daughter had a piece of her wheelchair break and I need it a part in the staff help me install it and fix the chair. I have shopped at this location for years but this is my first review and I really enjoy this location

Generally I have good experience with LOWES but that day didn't receive the level
of response from associate I was expecting. May be he had other important work to do. By the way he wasn't weasting his time but didn't give me the attantion I was expecting.
