Horrible customer service and false advertising. The assistant manager refused to abide by the Lowe's Price Match Guarantee. Walmart had a better price on the exact same item and the Lowe's assistant manager refused to match it because it wasn't in stock at the Walmart next door because that's "local". Another local Walmart DID have it in stock, but the manager was EXTREMELY rude and said since it's not next door to them it's not local.

Lowes always has a great selection of home needs. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. I always load up when I am here. I have found it to be much better than their competitors.

Not the place as much as the delivery aspect.
After waiting a week for delivery of fridge, the one that showed up was horribly scratched and had a big hole in the back of it.
With more in stock at store, I decided to send it back for a better one.
3 weeks and several phone calls later, my fridge finally shows up.

I do construction and been to all hardware stores around here
Lowe's is the very last place to go too looking for what I need
No clue of what customer service is
I will not go back ever
And will tell all people that need work done from me no thanks you
If they buy from there

Went to look for a hose reel, but had to order it from Ace, and pick up in Bacliff. Lowes is great though.

Always good value. Store manager is awesome. Good sales. Friendly service. Easy and quick returns with reciept.

Customer service at Lowe's is HORRIBLE. I asked for help in the Lawn care department & I waited for about 15mins & no one came to help. I saw an associate walk by & asked her if she could help & she responded with it's not her department. She walked off & came back a few minutes later just to take us to Customer Service because the item was not available. She & another associate stated that the item was not in stock. I was asked twice that if I had a smart phone I could order what I needed online. I asked why they couldn't help since I was buying other items that were in stock & I could make 1 transaction & could pick up the other item whenever it came in. They kept insistingI do it on line. I got frustrated& walked out. Lowe'splease train your employees to be helpful. I was going to spend at least $500 on lawn equipment.

Red verses maroon. Maroon was never advertised and therefore never ordered. I ordered a “lite” green and not a dark green. Nothing was mentioned if the color I chose was not available. Please send the lite green and if u don’t have that then send the red and not a maroon

I usually go to the one in Texas City but online showed the item I wanted at the Dickinson Lowe's. It wasn't there. I asked an employee who was walking by to check on it. I gave her the sku# and then she walked down the aisle and with her foot kicked the bottle saying that that was the item. She then walked away. It wasn't the bottle. I wanted the 120oz and she kicked the 77oz bottle. I went to the service center and had it looked up to be told they didn't carry that particular item?

Nothing is ever restocked anymore. Im tired of having to drive to Baybrook. They didn't even have 6x6's in stock for over 3 weeks recently.

Everytime I came here, every one was helpful, and explain to me about the product I was buying. I say very nice employees.only grip had to wait a long time for product to get to store and delivered.

Don't order curbside pickup. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I go to pick up my order and wait 20-30 minutes. I called the store twice and no one picked up. Finally while still in my curbside pickup spot I went in the app and cancelled my order. Get your curbside pickup together Lowes!

Disappointed my local Lowe’s (lake Jackson) never had the faucet model in stock…ever. But thankful for online ordering and League City Lowe’s was super helpful with acquiring the faucet we wanted.

Poor customer service waited 40 min for someone to help us in doors and no one showed up and was called on loud speaker and still no one. Will not be returning to this Lowe’s

They have it all.a little more on the expensive side than Home Depot BUT.they ALWAYS stand behind their products ALWAYS!
