Gave it a 4 because the 1st person I ask for help he ignored me until I ask another employee to help me that's when the 1st employee dare to ask " can I help you? ". But I was happy to be helped by Mr. MARTIN he was very nice and super helpful. Thank you Mr. Martin!

They were out of half of what we needed. Cashier not friendly. Not even a smile. Cashier Emma at the contractor register had zero desire to help at all. She would not even pick up the small items to scan. They had to be held for her. Miserable experience. This reiterated why we usually go to Home Depot. Next time we will drive out of our way next time.

I typically order online for pickup and things work out fine. I have had some minor issues with the products at time of pickup, but they always take care of it. It is a typical and very busy store, but nothing extraordinary.

We went to the New Braunfels looking for information on washers and dryers as we will be replacing ours in the next week or so. The representative Douglas in appliance department was so helpful, informative explaining each model's plus & minus. He went above and beyond and thanks to him we know exactly what make and models we will be buying. Cannot thank him enough. He knew we were not buying today but still gave us his full attention along with answering all our many, many questions. We wish to tell management he is an asset to your organization. Thank you Douglas.

Never had a bad time in here. Dog friendly, great for training days. Lots of good tools and hardware stuff in here and the aisles are always clean.

Phone left off the hook on Friday July 21st 3pm and has been off for the entire day. Called the other lowes in the immediate area and all were helpful in my questions. This location feels entitled to just ignore a corporations employee policy protocol. Paying for a phone line to help the customers they're blatantly ignoring. Wasting a businesses money to provide horrible customer experiences can't be good to the bottom line profits. Maybe look into why this location doesn't adhere to policy in regards to phone inquiries. Definitely horrible customer service at this location. I can just imagine what curbside or online order customers are experiencing. Pathetic to even know management allows this blatant lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

Lowes customer service rep this day just felt that they earned a in store vacation away from responsibility. Got to love the people that are hired to stand around and figure out how to avoid on the job duties. Talk about giving pay raises. Give the customer service here a bonus and pay bump. They have definitely found a way to steal pay checks. Might as well make it a hefty one so they really reap the rewards of no work ethic.

Can no longer purchase ($99+) pressure washers, power tools, etc.because they're "high theft items"
So what can you even use Pro Service phone sales for? Ridiculous and a complete waste of the customers time

One star because doors were open, but MY GOD! No one works there, cashier employees must be the highest paid their the only people you see

BUYER BEWARE! This location marks orders as “picked up” even when they are not. Multiple calls to customer service yielded being hung up on and then the phone ringing non-stop. No resolution through Lowe’s “Contact Us” on website and referred back to resolve it at the store level. Still no resolution. Good thing there’s a Home Depot up the road and I don’t have to deal with the Lowe’s BS. Still, a disappointment.

Just when ya think you’re going to have to deal with identity theft, I dropped my TXDL but had no idea. I figured it was stolen, and being used. But some awesome employee took the time to mail it back to me!

This place has the lousiest customer service ever… purchased a refrigerator that came with a busted wheel… complained about it during a month… they did nothing…

I generally choose what is the easiest experience for me as Lowe’s and Home Depot are about the same distance from my house, one day I was closer to the area of Lowe’s so I decided to go there (I am working on a construction project in my back yard with my uncle, so I’ve been needing supplies constantly)

When I go into Lowe’s I have to walk to the other end of the store to even locate someone to assist me. When I did locate someone in the washer and dryer section I had my pvc pipe laying on a counter as they tried to assist me, someone working In plumbing happened to be walking by and they left as they stated he will now help me. I was trying to show him the material and I had a few questions over as it was a handful to carry… he continued to stand about 12 feet away from me then watched me as I struggled to gather the material to bring to him as he then proceeded to vaguely assist me.

This experience did not show much effort from the customer service aspect.

The freezer we purchased was delivered on time, and the two persons who delivered were very professional and helpful.

We bought a washer and dryer this week from a very knowledgeable associate and set up a delivery and set up. I got a call the day before with a smaller window, and a phone call the day of with a 30 minute heads up. The two gentleman were fast, very carefull with the machines and the things in my home. They ran a quick test and made sure we were satisfied. Very happy all the way around.

I worked with Eddie to design my new kitchen, very knowledgeable and very friendly. My wife and I Love our kitchen! Definitely recommend going to Eddie.

We bought a Samsung Washer and Dryer. The Dryer is not heating up, so we called the CS and ask for replacement. To cut the story short, when they come and replace the unit they brought a wrong unit (washer) instead of Dryer. So now we need to wait again when they gonna deliver it. Im so disappointed with after sales service

Honestly they need more people to help out… no body is there whenever you need something! Even though NOAH was there to help out still took a while to get someone else to drive the fork lift…

The garden center has a great variety of plants. The customer service is always outstanding.

Wasn't able to obtain everything I needed at home depot, ran over here (way farther from my house than home depot) and was able to complete my shopping list for my project.
