I bought a 10' 2x4 and needed 2-49.5" pieces and was told no they could not do that! Will never go back.ill drive out of the way to go to Home Depot from here on out

Lowe's employees are generally eager to help! They could benefit from effective communication skills classes, but that's the way of it.

Always have what we need for home improvement. Great variety and the staff is always helpful.

Drove to this location because it was the only one that had the vacuum that I was looking for. I'm so thankful for that! Love when a store has what I need!

In store app is very inaccurate but that is probably a corporate thing. Employees have always been helpful here.

Just ran in to find a part for lights. Had a different style but it was still functional for what I needed. Store was clean.

Well I will not shop at Texas City again. I was looking for some additional cabinet hardware that I found at Pasadena, Tx store. They advised me that Texas City store had them. I ordered on line as qty was low. When I went to pick up the price was 3 times the cost I paid at Pasadena. I had my receipt and asked why the difference? I was told by Elisa at Texas City they did not match sale prices from other stores? Why? Guess this Lowe’s is not part of Lowe’s. So I went to look at hardware in their store and what a mess. Prices were incorrect and hardware was in the wrong bins. I had asked a salesperson for help and said he was sorry but was not something he controlled.
This Lowe’s store need to HELP.
Do not recommend shopping at this store.

Good variety of items for your home and garden. You can order items online and have them shipped to the store if they dont have it in stock at the store, for pickup. I love just walking thru all the plants n flowers and I can bring my doggy for cool walks inside on hot summer days.

Worst Lowe's store we've ever visited, consistently. Their location the only reason we begrudgingly buy here, from time to time.

I went to the Lowe’s on Friendswood, La Marque, Lake City, but this one here on Texas City “”is the one that more bad attitude towards customers”””. I will try not to come here any more. Son unos payasos faltas de respeto y no tienen ética laborar.

Called to check status on my delivery. I was told there was one person in front of me to please hold. I was on hold for 12 min, and then I called back the phone rang forever before someone answered. She got my information and put me on hold and I finally hung up after 10 minutes. Called back for a manager and the phone rang forever again. Tried calling corporate and the wait time is 30 min to 1 hr.

It's the only big lumber and hardware store in Texas City. The service is what you'd expect from a place with very little competition.

Help for the customers is extremely lacking. Some are not able to handle bags of soil by themselves & could use some assistance.

Customer service is awful very dishonest workers and the delivery system is absolutely aggravating will never ever buy an appliance from there again.

What started to be a positive experience has completed turned bad. We purchased all of our appliances here online. They delivered and damaged items. Called and talked to deliver manager AND a store manager this was 2 days ago and still haven’t heard back

So best thing went to them direct. Talked with ASM manager Sarah and simple. Things handled. Will have to wait 1-2 weeks to get dryer and refrigerator but at least getting it

Well unfortunately i had to change my review.called and left voice mails not even 5 years and our Samsung had warranty on it under the lowes plan and they won’t cover it. Can’t even get lowes to return a phone call on a defective Samsung product

DO NOT BUY THEIR WARRANTY THEY WONT STAND BEHIND IT
