Manager is not customer friendly. Had plants on clearance he wouldn’t honor them after me plant person said yes clearance. Had to self check no personal checkers. Bad management!

Don't bother calling this one. You will sit for an hour on the line and still not speak to an associate. If you call the ither store and mention it, even they will tell you "oh yeah, they're terrible about answering the phone.

I have always had positive experiences at this store whenever I have ever had any issue with fulfilling an order as promised It has been handled satisfactory.
Rob is an asset to lowes being a local contractor I am there often and if there is ever an issue Rob has resolved it.

Last November, we ordered a new windowed front door and storm door from Lowe's. The sales rep, Jeremy, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We got a great price thanks to the Black Friday promotion discount. Unfortunately, the good news ends there. The post sale and installation process was an absolute headache. There were numerous no-shows for scheduled appointments by the installation team. Nobody ever called to tell us they weren't coming. We had to repeatedly call to find out about the installation status. Once the doors were finally installed, we noticed the door hinges did not the match the rest of the hardware. We ordered oil rubbed bronze but got brushed nickel. I called Jeremy and he promised to take care of it, but never followed up. He eventually stopped responding to my texts or returning my phone calls. In summary, we're satisfied with the doors, but Lowe's customer service was atrocious and we do not recommend them.

Update 06/02/23: I called the 800 number specified in the response. After answering several voice prompts, the system said it was transferring me to a customer service representative. After another short delay, an automated message said the 800 number was no longer in service and abruptly hung up. Lowe's customer service is an absolute joke.

Update 08/11/23: I emailed JELD-WEN (manufacture of the door) customer service about the wrong colored door hinges. After verifying my purchase, they sent me a full replacement set of rubbed bronze hinges. I swapped the hinges myself and now the finish of all the door hardware matches (see the before and after photos.) I'm happy JELD-WEN stood behind their product, but the onus shouldn't have been on me to handle this. Lowe's should have taken care of this for me. Instead, they ignored and ghosted me. So unless you enjoy being jerked around, avoid Lowe's at all costs.

The store is always clean, the employees are always kind. They have a lot of great choices for your home needs. I bought my dishwasher at Lowes and love it. They are a little high but who isn't anymore.

Just left the coulter lowes, sad to say costumer service is not good, they had about 20 employees all together talking about marketing tools in the tool corral, I waited patiently for 25 minutes before the manager on duty came and unlocked a laser level. It was clearly marked on sale but when I checked out it did not ring up that way. The manager on duty Devonte unlocked the item for me and took it to the register but when it rang up wrong he wouldn’t match the price. I waited another 15 min on him to verify that I was right as the picture shows and he still would not honor it. It was locked up, with sensors, only lowes labels the shelf. Very unsatisfied with the customer service and the performance of the manager on duty. If you can go to Home Depot, they at least try to help.

Customer service at both locations in Amarillo is a joke. We were trying to buy a $900 smoker for a retirement/Father's Day gift. We talked to a gentleman about this said he was gonna go check, after waiting for 30 minutes he came back out and said he wasn't sure where it would be. Then proceeded to tell us that all the managers were in a meeting and to come back a different day. Went online to do a curbside pick up for the Coulter St. Store. When the customer service came out to load it in the back of the truck for us laid it in the back of the truck and continue to push it across the bed. By the time we realized how they were loading it the damage was done. Just some common sense that if you push 170lb smoker across a bed of a truck without any protection under it, it's going to scratch. Just an idea cardboard is a great source to use for something like this. I'm sure there is no shortage in their back warehouse and no cost to the business. If we had known that it was pre-assembled before picking up, we would've brought a blanket to lay down. My opinion find some employees that care about your customers. I'm not saying that all employees are bad but the 5 that we encountered during the process of buying the smoker didn't seem to care about it. I'm sure if it was their $900 smoker they'd be willing to take care of it a little better. If your looking to make a big purchase like this I'd go elsewhere because damage to it is likely when there's not common sense involved.

The buyers have no clue, mismatched shelving, the snap in brackets are from a different manufacturer and so the don't fit correctly. Gutters are a complete joke some parts there but unable to finnish a project since the other parts are missing and not on reorder. Visited many of their stores and this one of the worst, if a employee sees you need help they take off in another direction. Midea refrigerator no water filters to be had got the item they sold. No water filters to be had online for their product that they sell. Try asking their staff a question they are simply clueless. It never gets better no point to update. Paint department ask for ultra white paint to be mixed thought it would b straightforward but not. Did not use straight away so only when opened and stirred, not ultra white. This is the times nowadays nobody has a clue what they are doing and totally indifferent. Now into Spring and let's sell plants that are not looked after but get top dollar, dying and not watered by their staff. Stick to Home Depot!

Installation by Lowe's contractors do not know what there doing, it took over a month for them to come and than a week later l still didn't have my door installed by that time it got badly scratched, finally l decided to just get my money back, l still ended up losing my old screen door in the process, so disappointed!
