Lowe's Home Improvement, Victoria TX

I ordered 3 doors from this store for a business and when the doors arrived I took them and when I got to the place I opened them meaning took of the material that was packaging them and the doors were wet
I went back to the store and talk to an associate and explained how I got the doors and asked to talk to a manager the associate then talked to Faith Who was the manager at the time and explained to me that I had 90 day to returned them is anything was to happened to them I also told the lady that they were gonna go into a business and would have to paint them and she repeated to me that if anything went wrong to bring them back
I put one coat of paint and left them to dry went and did a job that took a couple of days and when I came back the doors had swelled up it was Friday and on Mona day after that I took them back and talked to the front desk where you return merchandise and they told me that they could not return the doors I explained to them that I had talked to the associate and her manager and I had explained what happened and also explains what they told me to do
Now they brought a store manager by the name Sarah and I explain to her the situation and she very rudely told me I am not gonna give you a refund those doors have been painted and our policy will not allowed us I explained to her once again that the lady’s that I had gone back and talked to the lady’s and what they had told me
And she said first of all Faith is not a manager and I’m the store manager and it didn’t matter what they told me that she was the manager and she would not give me any refund now this is over $1,300 doors we are talking about and they have miscommunication between policy and it’s not my fault I only fallowed what they said after explaining how the doors were wet
The doors were maid out some kind of cardboard that swelled very very bad
They should not be selling this kind of doors to the public and they should know policy or explain policy to the customer before something like this happenes
For this project I spent over $77,000 in material and should have been treated this way

I just had a Maytag dryer delivery the guys were super nice courteous and got the job done fast thank you so much great job Lowes. One happy customer.

Needing a coupling for plumbing. Two empty boxes labeled correctly. The boxes both were on the shelf filled with mixed parts. Ended up going to Home Depot.

They always have everything we need especially these beautiful plants! They have a wide selection of lumber, tools, anything you need! My husband and I shop at Lowe's quite often

The employees do a great job of balancing between maintaining their store and servicing their customers. My experience is they do all they can to help you find what you are looking for. Great team in Victoria. I have been living here in Victoria, TX over 2 1/2 years now and never had an issue with getting help or finding what I needed, even if I had to go with a substitute product.

No help and only self checkout available and of course the machine isn't working properly.

Walked around a while before finding what I was looking for. A helpful associate would have been nice. The cashier was kind.

Massive place! They already had Halloween stuff out at the front door. Good selection tho. If they don't have it you don't need it

Helpful staff. Friendly staff. Has a great selection of outdoor patio furniture. Short on PVC pipe.idk

Rude employee's and Manager, refused to apply Military discount to a disabled Vet. Will not buy anything from the Victoria Lowes store in the future. Very disappointed with this store.

Pickup/ curbside is never ready. I got the email 5 hours ago that it was ready. They still have to go pick half of it.

Another complaint.their plumbing section is a nightmare. Nothing in the correct place. Nothing organized.

Horrible customer service! They put you on hold and forget about you. How can someone stay in business treating customers that way!

I would like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO MICHAEL who helped me out today! I was difficulties finding parts for my dryer. He was so patient and helpful. Thank God for him.

Send by wife and my daughter to Lowe's to get some panels for my wall. They couldn't find no one to Load.them On Hey Dolly I went to a self check out couldn't find no one to load in my truck. I call from home what was customer service. They said because they went through self check out. It doesn't matter if you go to a self check out. I'll go to the loading dock. When they asked for help they need a carry out put no final one to load him on the truck
So lazy i was mad so I told my wife to get a refund and come home. They drove an hour and 1 /2 way ridiculous.

Employees stayed late after hours to replace carpet roll and cut a piece for me.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I ordered multiple appliance (>$2000) and after 2 scheduled deliveries, that I had to take off work to be at, and 5 phone calls where they straight up lied about my delivery headed my way, they still have not delivered my refrigerator. They lie to your face with a smile on thier face. Do Not Shop Here!

Very unprofessional company. They schedule interviews an when you show up claim they tried to call to reschedule an ask you to come back two hours later. Called to speak to store manager girl who answered the phone twice at customer service says she wants to know why? Sent corporate an email an still no response so next will make a phone call.

Jeremiah in the garden section was wonderful and so helpful. He was attentive and answered my questions for products in his area. 10 out of 10. Thanks Lowes of Victoria.

No assistance except checking out and YOU. ARE THE ONE TO CHECK YOURSELF OUT. NO CASHIERS OPTION. THAT SUCKS. ALSO NO CHANGE. WE WONT GO BACK. HOME DEPOT WAS AWESOME AS WE LEFT LOWES TO GO GET WHAT WE NEEDED
