Lowe's Home Improvement, Dallas TX

This Lowe’s had amazing employees during the recent snowstorm. They were open and working off of generators. Even let me in as they were closing so I could run in real fast to get a flashlight!

Told yesterday that a shipment of fire wood would come in. Payed for some online when it showed only to get to the store and find out THE ENTIRE SHIPMENT was bought by ONE person and they were supposed to send an email regarding how they sold out. Record setting freeze and electric failure doesnt seem to matter.

Easy to find what you're looking for, but if you can't seem to find it, there are associates that will take you right to it.

Not enough knowledgeable assistance at night, had to find what I was looking for myself, Felix Garza, Irving TX.

Price gouging! I walked in to get flashlights and the essentials, and a man was replacing with price tags that were 1.5 times the original price for black out necessities. Employees were very rude/mean too. Shameful!

Terrible experience. Worst customer service. Every employee I dealt with was lost, including store manager. I prefer lowes prices over HD but the savings are not worth the headache.

Amazing Lowe's. The garden section is huge. We found every plant were looking for and even some better options that we didn't know existed. Our tomato plants from there didn't do great but it was a very hot and dry summer so I'm not too surprised. Everything else we bought is thriving. The rest of the store is quite large too. I wish it was easier to find store employees when we need help finding stuff. It always takes a while to find someone.

Decent location but had spare key made and it doesn't work, lines at registers and couldn't find the electrical hand tools.

Very good staff. Very helpful and friendly. It's close to home and has most things I need for basic home repair.

Better stock than that home Depot. I was looking for a window AC unit. Home Depot said they had them in stock but had none

Not very good. No one wanted to find the sku for the large block I toted to the register. Have had excellent service before

Like all Lowe's locations, they have an antiquated POS system at checkout lines, which is likely as not will work with your credit card. This location earns an extra star for at least trying to work around the problem.

Waited long time for help for paint mixing and no one showed up. Finally I found a lady working on the shelf, asked for paint help. The lady was not customer oriented, acted like a boss.

Bought an outdoor umbrella for pick-up and when I got home discovered part of it was missing. I couldn't use it without the missing piece. Went in and the manager of the garden dept.was so kind! We walked around the garden area until he found the missing piece! I couldn't believe it! Their customer service is terrific! Great location!

I was in and out very quickly and it was great for me because I was in a HURRY AT THAT MOMENT LOL

Jayme at the front end was awesome! She made me laugh. She went above and beyond setting up my military discount for me. I've been to other Lowes and was told they couldn't do it. Jayme, keep up the great work!

Worst lowes I have ever been to. They tried to over charge $200 when I asked how 5 $6.00 items could be that much they were rude and wouldnt show me the receipt. I have always had great lowes experiences and couldn't believe how horrible these people were. If the lowes corporation reads this you really need to do something about this store.

Its ok. I dont normally shop there. The people that work there don't usually know how to help contractors

Nice store, knowledgeable employees but Fair warning.they have EVERYTHING you "just have to have" for you and you house so watch out!

The associate who helped me was very nice, helpful, and even shared a laugh with me about a coffee maker. He recommended a Keurig.
