I appreciate the easy returns at customer service. My kitchen remodel has been long and tedious with a lot of plans changed up along the way. Customer service has been great with returning merchandise!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service at the customer service desk today July 4th. Kay and Mary were too busy snacking to do their job. I had an online order that needed to be picked up and neither one made any attempt to locate the product or even ask where it was at. I was told “ might as well have a seat they’re still looking for it”. The store Manager should be ashamed of himself for allowing this laziness and incompetence to be taking place. Meanwhile my product was sitting on the pick up self behind customer service the whole time.

Great variety of healthy plants. I was shopping for pots to transplant my succulents. I had to walk around and eventually found some in two areas. My only suggestion would be that the planters are "displayed" and "labeled" closer to the succulents.

Converted this grassless area to great sitting area. Garden center is wonderful. Great Selection of plants and great Sales!

I always find what I need. The store is well organized and if I can't find what I need then the employees will walk you to the area. The checkout is usually pretty fast even with a line.

My wife and I came into buy bark mulch. They had 4 bags on sale for $10. We also purchased 10 stone pavers on sale for $1 each. And a cheap rake for $11. So our total with tax should have come up less then $35. But the bill came to $84. We told them and they fixed it (1). But the bill was still too high. They had their bark mulch labeled incorrectly and the fine print didn't specify which brand. I just chose the pallet underneath the sign 4 for a dollar. So there we were over charged again for an item we didn't want (2). No help just explaining to us it was OUR fault (3) So finally they refund us for the bags we didn't want. Some where in between my wife pays for everything and we are given 3 receipts and a vague explanation that we were refunded for the 4 bags we didn't want. But the third receipt shows that maybe we paid for 4 of the correct bags (4). Tired of not getting an answer I ask for management. 10 minutes later a guy comes again blames me for not knowing I had to drive around and show someone my receipt (5). Seriously, do they even want my business. I am guessing no. So while I did make a purchase today, I will not be returning.

This location has good customer service and fast service. Employees are helpful and well knowledgable.

Place was clean and able to find what I needed quickly. Also was asked twice by employees if I needed any help and was only in store for 15 minutes for a couple of items. Good job!

Gave this location a try after years of avoiding it. Well, I remember why it is last in my list of hardware stores. 30 minutes waiting for an paged attendant.they never showed up.will not be back.

I generally dont have a issue with the customer service and it's a pretty good store. Just wish lines moved. Was there yesterday to pick up a item I ordered online. 1 person in front.took 20min. Not sure all the circumstances, but otherwise it's a good store.

Hands down, WORST customer service i have ever experienced. Its like some sort of social project gone wrong. They are unprofessional, unknowledgeable, unorganized, and rude.
Lowe's would be doing itself a favor if they were more selective in their hiring process.

Slow check-out. Always has lines and prices are marked wrong all the time. Then you get attitude when you tell them it rang up wrong. They act like your ripping them off but when they confirm your right they act like they did you a favor
