Lowe's Home Improvement reviews
20The lady that helped us with picking out the blinds, I will give her 5 stars. She was friendly, smiled & very helpful! The male workers and male cashier is the reason I'm giving a 2. Rude and not helpful at all! One male worker kept walking looking up & down turning his head at our cart, making sure we know.as if we going to take something. Get this, we are already in line at the cashier ready for checkout. Next in line. I found him to be hilarious too funny poor lil guy. The other guy standing like he's on guard just in case. The cashier could've been less talkative to the customer before us & more customer friendly. I see but I totally ignore ignorance & just never shop there again. Spent almost $150 but never again.
I ordered two items for in-store pickup; the picture hangers (below) ; the website indicated it would arrive in 1-3 business days (which became a one-week wait time at checkout). Imagine my surprise when I saw several of them in stock already! This suggests poor inventory management.
The second item was the hand truck, which was (also?) in stock and readied for me the same day. I don't expect a $75 hand truck to be in pristine condition, but i don't expect the one they probably use to transport the other customers' in store pickups either. As the photo shows, the wheel was already torn up and quite dirty (even by hand truck standards).
Needless to say, I canceled the entire order. So much for convenience.
Needed to rent a tool to do a home project. But this location does not have a tool rental area. So was not helpful at all.
The older gentleman that helped with my purchase refrigerator purchase was wonderful. Very nice and patient and helpful.
Stan was SO helpful in helping my find and cut the baseboards I needed. He went out of his way to make sure I had the dimensions I needed, despite them being some pretty specific cuts. Will be going here again for my future home improvement needs!
Poor stocking policy, 4 out of the last 5 times I've been here this place they're out of what I was there to buy. Just my personal experience. I just stopped going to Lowes.
Friendly and helpful stuffs. I was trying to make a copy of a key with the automatic mechaine, it did not work, the key did not match well with my original one. Had to go for a person for remaking a new key within the store. People are better than automatic mechaines.
Nice Staff. Good selection of plants. Only complaint is not enough motorized handicarts for disabled customers.
Have all the stuff you are looking for and don't have to wait long people are willing to help you if you need to find the things you are looking for.
Usual drill at Lowe's - wait in line at customer service for 20 minutes since there was only one employee manning the counter, followed by waiting for 10 minutes for someone knowledgeable about bath fixtures to come by, and then wait in line for 5 minutes to check out, since there were no cashiers on duty and self-checkout was backed up. Bleech.
Bradley found what I needed.but unfortunately, what I thought was going to be a quick check out turned out to be delayed since they closed the self-checkout at 8 p.m. On a Saturday. Perhaps I was just being impatient?
Very helpful staff. Have some great advice about hanging a painting, found options for what I wanted to do.
Very friendly staff. I like this location because there is no other home goods store anywhere in the area.
Basically the equivalent of Target to Home Depot's Walmart. Better lit, better designed, and every inch isn't crammed with junk. Unlike the Target/Walmart comparison tho, pricing is equivalent. Which is why I always go here instead. Staff at this location have always been helpful. It's my primary big-box hardware store near downtown.
100% better than Home Depot you can actually find people when you need them Brian & Pete always go the extra mile get you exactly what you need
As well as Brian and electrical
Great all the items here i find must of all the seasonable items like Halloween and Christmas beautiful plants no so much but ok
That was a good place to get a lot of Home Improvement items. I used them a lot when I was building my house. I still use them for other items.
Horrible service. 3 people could not figure out how to ring up a $4000 purchase
No response from manager either.
Had the best experience tonight, for the most part most employees here are friendly and have great customer skills. Tonight we was helped by Connie she was absolutely what everyone would expect when receiving great customer service. We was looking for simple items, she seemed so happy to help us and to be apart of Lowes it was around 8: 45 and she was smiling the whole time. It would be great if more places had customer service like she gave tonight.
Even after contacting Lowe's Credit, apparently this particular store has old computers that require 2 phone numbers to get Lowes Credit, which Lowe's Credit said is not necessary. Too much trouble. Nebraska Furniture Mart will get my business. I needed a new fridge.
