They have Really been helpful during this trying time! Got a great deal on a Air Mover this morning. They had 1 pallet and they were selling like hotcakes!

Only 2 check out lines were open. Long waits. Not many people working the floor. When we did get someone he was awesome.

ZERO stars. We came in and waited about 10 minutes to be helped by anyone at the kitchen cabinet section.nothing.so my husband went up to the 2 employees at the podium in the washing machine section to ask for assistance.they said they were going to call someone to help us.we waited another 30 minutes.they were still standing around talking and didn’t care that we didn’t get assisted so we just left. Terrible customer service.

Went to this location because the Lowe's website showed inventory of a specific Moen kitchen faucet I was looking for. The store only had one on the shelf. The web stated 5 on hand. I could not find a single employee to assist me with my search. I walked out. Then I start getting bombarded with text messages regarding my experience and to leave a review. Really? Never shop there after 5: 00pm. I guess nobody works after 5.

Not a bad store. Finding a helpful associate can be difficult, mostly they seem to vanish whenever you need one. The one exception is a shorter gentlemen in the plumbing section, he seems to know what he's talking about, and he's eager to help out. The cashiers are usually okay, some are rude however.

This Lowe’s is an excellent place to get all of your home improvement needs. The staff is friendly and helpful and management is understanding. We had an issue with a lawn mower and the manager handled it so professionally

It's handy to my house. Prices are a little higher than HD, but I use my Lowe's card and save 5% on everything.

I've always been a die-hard Home Depot fan however lately more and more I find myself shopping at Lowe's. Much to my surprise it seems more and more that Lowe's has what I need and Home Depot doesn't.

Great friendly staff. I had placed a online order for pick up and less than 30 mins they had it ready. I was shocked they had it done so fast. Thank you for your fast and friendly staff.

I love going to this Lowe's! The staff is always so friendly, kind and so helpful! If they dont know where to fins something.they don't hesitate to ask someone else!

Our washing machine broke and we needed a replacement right away. Lowe's keeps them in stock in the store. We were able to pick one out and take it home in 30 minutes.most places you have to have it delivered in a few days to a week. If you have a pick up truck and need a washer.you can do it yourself fast at this Lowe's.

Very clean store. But the employees didn't have very much knowledge as to whether or not they even carried the items I was looking for so I had to walk around the entire store looking for them myself and never found what I was looking for so had to go to Home Depot.

I consistently have the best experiences at Lowe’s. I feel like they care so much more room than other hardware stores and they go out of their way to make sure that the customer is happy.

Lowes is always a great place to go for all your home repairs. Friendly, helpful staff. Some things being higher than others. But it was okay. I reccomend them

It is a regular Lowe's environment. If you have to ask about particulars, be prepared to get handed around to several people, before you get someone who knows what they are talking about. On the plus side, there does seem to be in expert on the grounds for every specially, they are just hard to find or really busy.
My favorite area is the lawn and garden. The staff know what they are talking about and they aim to please and inform the customer, not pad the companies wallet.

I was looking for a heater. I ask for help personal they told me that was no price on them. So i bought a heater from Sam's Club.

Fantastic well stocked store could have spent a fortune, don't think I'd get it all back to England though ;)
