Worst service ever! I asked 5 employee for help they didn't know what I needed and refused to call manager. I will no longer do shopping there

Grace from the customer service department and Herald went above and beyond to fulfill my online order. I ordered an item that was in high demand due to the winter storm and they went out of their way to assist me in getting my plumbing supplies.

The website merchandise locations rarely match to where stuff is actually shelved so you end up walking across the entire store floor 2 or 3 times. The staff is seldom helpful yet occasionally you luck up and get someone with actual product knowledge so that's the reason for 3 stars.

Kevin was extremely helpful with what i needed and knew what he was talking about. Thank you kevin and thank you lowes for being open in these conditions

Awful customer service. Had several keys made and none of them worked. Bought items on line but when I come to the store to pick them up, they cannot be located. Took me 40 minutes for them to ring up my online purchase, even though I was the only person in line.

There were 4 people ahead of us in appliances with only one worker. However she went out of her way to help us when it was our turn.

I was put on hold for about 5 minutes then i got the phone up in my face. Although i didnt enter the store they could use more customer service training over the phone

Stanley (Stan) not only was he rude but acted in a very Prejudiced way toward me.

I frequent the paint department. Sometimes they're rude, sometimes they're awesome. I guess it just depends what kind of mood I catch them in

Mrs Linda, the cashier deserves high praise. Very friendly service. Went for flooring samples and loved my options.

Lowes is like the walmart of hope improvement. The prices tend to be some of the best, and the employees are friendly. It canbe difficult to find an employee in the busy times. But they are generally helpful when you do. The plant 1 year warranty is great since half the plants die within a month of planting. That's a Bonnie farm issue not a Lowes issue. But no-one else covers them like they do.

It a good store whit lot's of people who are willing to help you with all your needs and questions you have lumber fixtures plumbing, painting and apliantce needs

They have a great variety of tools and equipment for your home maintenance, repair, and projects. This location has more options than most other Lowe's

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff we shop here at least once or twice a month highly recommend this location

Bought shelves for wife's craft room. Got all I needed and the employee that helped me was knowable about what I wanted and was very friendly.

Lowe's and Home depot are roughly the same which one has the best price varies from day to day both are great

I just wish lowes wouldn't be so expencive with some things. Overall it's another lowes like any other. They dont have much selection of annual flowers.

This store has knowledgeable, friendly staff and we come here whenever there is a project to be done. Usually they have what we are looking for. I think they could do a little better job keeping price tags with products and products in the right place.
