Called them for a consultation to install Christmas lights. The guy set a time and day and said to text him my info. I did. They never showed up or contacted me back.

Tech quoted over 2k in expenses that were NOT covered by home warranty. Which they were! Then told us he needed half up front From us and it would be 7-10 days for us to get ac running again. We could tell it was all because we use home warranty and he didn’t want to deal with them. We were basically discriminated against for using our home warranty! Treated us like 2nd class citizens too! Just terrible!

COMPLETE SCAMMER, STAY AWAY! Jonathan was quick to reply to service call from American Home Shield. He showed up the very next day and quickly (and correctly) diagnosed the problem (dead blower motor). He then proceeded to verbally quote $1,400 in fictitious charges and demanded payment before he would do any work. I wasted a week waiting for him to submit his report and/or give me a written estimate, but his strategy is to drag his feet and delay. Eventually switched to another contractor, paid ZERO additional charges. In short, Jonathan is a scammer, most of his other reviews must have been written by family/friends.

Loyal home services responded to my service call in record time. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed with his integrity and ability to quickly troubleshoot and fix our problem. I would highly recommend Loyal home services to anyone in need of a professional service. My family and I are grateful for people like Jonathan and the Loyal home service.

We came into contact with Jonathan through our home warranty program. That was a headache and a nightmare, however Jonathan was honest with us about what needed to be done, and what didn't. The level of integrity is refreshing and genuine. He completed the work, quickly. Very highly recommended service.

However, tech quoted me over 2k in repairs said to not be covered by American Home Shield.well 4 days later they said he never called in the diagnosis.

To top it off he said I had mold and needed an air scrubbed.had a tech come out from John Wayne and they found no mold.said I could do a UV light install for my allergies.

When American Home Shield Spoke to the tech it was brief and he said I needed freon and something other than what was on my estimate the lady on the phone had said.

I booked the appointment for a noisy unit and annual service, but the tech never cleaned out the fan for the outside unit.

I cannot say enough great things about Loyal Home Services. Jonathan and Sundip worked tirelessly to assist us with our Home Warranty Company which was a disaster. He called them personally to explain the situation but to no avail. It didn't matter, we still needed a new furnace and AC put in for my 90 year old father. Jonathan answers his phones, takes time to understand the situation and works within your budget. I cannnot say thank you enough! They are great.

Jonathan was fantastic. He gave us a very competitive price on replacing our AC, furnace, and water heater which were all at the end of their lifespans. He gave us options for repair as well as replacement and even threw in fixing a problem we were having with our sprinkler system. They showed up exactly on time and completed work much faster than we expected. By that afternoon all systems were functioning perfectly and all work areas were cleaned so that you would not have even known they were there. Loyal home services gets my highest recommendation.

Johnathan was very responsive and punctual in replying to a service call. He responded the same afternoon and did the work the next day. Johnathan explained the issues he found and what the problems that could arise. He have us a very good value on the equipment and in servicing the equipment plus another unit that he did not install. Definitely call Loyal Home Services LLC if you have any issues with HVAC.

It seems Impossible to find An honest AC guy anymore! Mr. John is all that and more! He would much rather get my unit up and running if he can before pushing and pressuring me into buying a whole new one. I’d give him 10 stars if it were possible. ThNks again man

Great great great service! My AC went out at night time and loyal got out to us with in the hour. He didn’t push me to replace it. He diagnosed it and fixed it easy!
