I stayed with a park sleep and fly package at LaQuinta inn and suites at airport north in Atlanta. They never gave me my $80 deposit back and kept saying during the multiple times I called that I should contact my credit card company that they take their time to post. I called my credit card company and they have no such deposit pending. Accounting at the hotel will not answer their phone. The manager there was left a message but he will not call me back. What a horrible experience! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Who has time for this? There is something very shady going on here. I will NEVER stay at LaQuinta ever again!

Can't get help from anyone. I've called everyday since June 27th. Manager won't call me back. Today as of right now 12: 45pm. I have been "listening for 25 min" They simply put the phone on the counter! Hoping I will hang up. I won't ever stay at Fayetteville Laquinta again, and pretty sure not anywhere again! Don't leave anything behind and call them within 3 hours of checkout, get kind & polite service and expect to get it back! Won't happen the manager Mike is out right ignoring me! I even on the 28th gave My CC to pay for the shipping. Now on July 8th Mike and Laquinta can pay.

The most disgusting place I've ever stayed, These are the people that own La Quinta Inn and Wyndham management.

At the tinker midcity laquita and the lack of customer service I will never stay there again. We were not warn about the construction and was almost trapped by flooding.

I have spent many times at la Quinta inn. But this last time I made reservations for the 14th and 15th of August. I made the reservations on the 10th of August and they took the money right out of my bank account. On the 13th of August I canceled my reservations because my party did not come in because of an accident and she wound up in a hospital. Tried to get my money back and then they could not find me in their records very poor very poor I'll never stay at la Quinta inn again

I am writing to draw your attention to a recent hotel stay at a La Quinta located at 2750 Geyser Drive in Colorado Springs on Sept. 7th. I have used La Quinta for 30 years and had even stayed at this same hotel about 5 years ago and it was very clean, so that is why we made the reservation.
My wife and I arrived about 8: 30 to check in. The front desk receptionist was friendly but no mask or COVID protocol. As we entered our room to put down our luggage and wash our hands after a day of travel, the bathroom sink was full of water and "stuff" floating and wouldn't drain.
We immediately called the front desk to ask for a different room or maintenance. We let it ring 30+ times. No one was around and no one answered.
We decided, to just sleep and get out of there as soon as we could.
The following issues were found.
Blood stain on the top white comforter of one bed. It was a couple of inches wide so it was very observable.
The lights beside the beds didn't work. I pulled the bedside table out to plug them in. It was so dirty I wouldn't touch the cords. An inch of dirt and junk by the plug behind the nightstand between the beds. It was nasty.
The microwave had a stain of liquid or food running down the outside of it. We didn't touch it.
The window sit was filthy and observable when we closed the curtains.
The tub/shower was stained and old - it might have been clean, but just stained. However, given the status of the rest of the room we didn't dare use it!
We got a couple of hours sleep and got out of there without washing, cleaning teeth etc.
Going down to our car to check out another couple we didn't know was talking about how dirty their room was.
I spoke to the manager and outlined the issues. We were not looking for a free room. The point was to make management aware of the health issues with this hotel and that it needed some serious cleaning and attention.

You need to know what a health hazard this property is and it should be closed until it is thoroughly cleaned satisfactory or just torn down. We have stayed in hotels all over the country but will never stay in a La Quinta or Wyndham again.

I made a reservation at the Laquinta on Coulter in Amarillo. I have always loved staying at Laquintas. I had to manually lift the dirty luggage card over the concrete parking blocks to get it to my car, and then lift the loaded cart back over to push it up the broken up sidewalks, with rusted railings to the dirty room. I had booked for 3 nights, but immediately checked out. It was horrific. Here are some pics. I was so tired from traveling, and this experience was the worst ever! There were shady looking people walking around. I was fearful for my safety. I was there for my 50th class reunion. Due to my age it was extremely difficult for me to be lifting on that cart. The ice machine looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years, and it was operational. This place should be condemned.

I was very disappointed with my stay at LaQuinta in Mansfield- Breckenridge Rd. The pictures on the website are very misleading and the location is not clean. I was very uncomfortable staying there after checking in to my room and the lamp caught on fire and sparked flames. The fire alarm went off. No one came to my room. I went to the front desk to let them know of the situation. The smell from the fire made us really nauseous. I was moved to another room but on the same floor but still felt sick. The manager seem nonchalant about the electrical fire that could have been worse. The fact that the lamp caught on fire was scary enough to me and my family. The manager seem very argumentative when I pointed out things about her hotel. The air condition was very loud and noisy when running. Housekeeping didn't speak any English and one of the staff entered my room without even knocking on the door. I asked her did she knock before entering and she looked puzzled. I complained about the black color around the bath tub. DOGS were everywhere in the hotel. Yuck! When I checked out the computer system was down and I was not able to check out to get my receipt. I definitely will never make reservation EVER again at the LaQuinta!
