Not seen such an irresponsible company or service. Reported an issue with high urgency. Agreed and confirmed for checking the issue. Not showed up. When I called simply saying issue is owned by HVAC. Without even checking the issue. Not a trustworthy team.

Cesar was great. Not happy that my unit that is only 4 years old required a part replacement that cost $385 in labor tho. The five star is for L&S and Cesar.

Entire home flooded and is only 2 years old. L&S was the installation company. Documented report shows a critical compression fitting was missing under kitchen island to the filtration system. The after hours emergency was unresponsive the night of flood. Secondary issue that did not get caught during their inspection which I paid for is main shut off valve in garages is leaking and Ruth stated she would not send anyone for emergency service because I am outside the warranty. She said she will not schedule this emergency service until I speak to the supervisor. The supervisor isn’t available because she is in interviews all day. Video footage will be made available on social media of workmanship and results with all the damage + video of the main shutoff valve leak. The fact that they will not dispatch someone for another major leak is unacceptable and unprofessional.

We have had two appointments scheduled with L&S via Highland Homes for a warranty related plumbing issue. The first, we were given a window for yesterday between 8A-5P and worked from home. The tech called in the afternoon to say no one would be able to make it. We were told we wouldn’t be able to re-schedule until next week. A representative called us back after Highland Homes reached out to let them know waiting a week due to their error was unacceptable and L&S rescheduled for today between 8A-12P. Worked from home for a second day in a row but this time, they were a complete no call/no show. Meanwhile, we’ve gone over a week with no running water in our kitchen. Very disappointed in the lack of service and professionalism we’ve received and frustrated with our hands being tied because it’s a warranty. Needless to say, 100% do not recommend.
