15DO NOT USE Lone Star Overnight. No one answers the phone when you call the 800 number. I finally chatted online with a rep and they were absolutely no help. I had a next day delivery for Saturday. Tracking says packaged arrived in Austin on Monday. The package never got scanned in apparently and still no word back from anyone on where my package is at. HORRIBLE. Will never use them again.
This company is a complete scam. Typical Texas business that lies and steals from its citizens because Texas laws allow them to do whatever they want. LSO continually loses my packages, lies about delivering the packages, and then provides absolutely no customer service or resolution for their problems. Please someone investigate this company’s practices and shut them down. I’m so sick and tired of Texas based company’s taking advantage of us.

2 packages marked as delivered, 0 packages in my possession. Not sure where they are taking these packages or if it’s just one big scam. The negative reviews on here truly speak.
They should probably stop plastering their phone number across their website, they don’t answer the phone at all. I urge companies to stop using this service. Nordstrom in my case has used this courier for my missing packages. I plead that you stop using LSO. It can’t be good for your online business.
My camera caught the driver on my porch smoking an delivering the package, tossed the package like it was a ring toss too.
Never received my package, but they marked it delivered! You can't file a claim unless you have a paid account with them. I submitted a complaint on their website but have yet to receive any response. They have operating hours, but you only get a message that they are not taking calls right now then it gives you their web address and hangs up! Do not shop anywhere that uses this company for their shipments! Fashion Nova won't give me a refund, only a store credit. What sense does this make? ! Now I have to hope I receive the next order because all they offered was a credit.
I had a package that was going to be delivered with them, but unlike most the reviews my package came. It came earlier than it was supposed to too. The man who delivered it was very careful and fast. The only thing was the dates and time it was said to come were messed up.
Have not received my package! Said they have wrong GPS, package is still sitting in dispatch for over two weeks.
I have been calling customer service for days and no answer. Sent an email and no response. I need either my package back or my money back. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE!
Ordered a product from Austin and the shipping is through Lone Star Overnight. We are super close to where the package originated and still have not received it! It's been over a week now and we get updates daily that is has arrived at "destination station Austin"

Honestly terrible company, never got my package or any update on it for 2-3weeks. I contacted multiple times/numbers and never got a response. Not Satisfied needs better communication service and number, needs company truck and not a regular driving vehicle and they should leave peoples packages on their doorstep instead of taking it back & I wouldn’t consider this company to anyone! (Zero Stars) glad I have cameras so I know who drops off my packages and take them back with them BTW! Only received one package that was because of UPS delivered that one But LSO Worst company and communication issues n skills.

“Delivered” my package by throwing it outside my apartment BUILDING on the sidewalk where anyone can take it. There is a reason I have a unit number on my address. They didn’t even try to take it to the front desk.
I have been trying to reach the company for a couple of weeks, several times a day regarding
a package that was never delivered. The phone is never answered. I have sent several emails that have never been answered as well. This is a poor way to run a business! It is no wonder that all of the reviews posted are negative! I would love for someone to actually get in touch with me. It would clear up alot of my problems with this company (and I use the term loosely)
I wouldn't trust these people to pass the salt, several days of refusing to drop off our package, with an impossible to get in touch with customer service. You'd be better off tying it to a balloon and hoping it lands where you need it.
