LTV Tower, Dallas TX

I had an amazing experience with the property manager and her assistant. They provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to help my daughter find the perfect apartment. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain different apartments and provided additional information about the neighborhood and leasing process. They were dedicated to finding the best fit for my needs, patiently answering all my questions and addressing concerns. Their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout. I highly recommend their services. Thank you for making the process smooth and enjoyable!

I’ve been a resident for about half a year now, I was waiting a while to leave a review to get a good feel. I have had a few maintenance calls that have been taken care of asap and the staff in the leasing is very kind and welcoming. The property manager is also always hard at work which surprises me bc I’ve lived in apts my whole life and you never see the managers working. I don’t fret having to raise any concerns at the office bc I know they will take care of me.

My family and I have lived here for a couple months and it has been good the management is good and we enjoy the convenience of everything being walkable!

Very professional, nice and helpful staff. Work orders are taking care efficiently. The office people made my move in very easy. They stay late to let me use the elevator that I used to move my furniture into my apartment.

Horrible management and communication. LTV managed by HRI Properties do not handle things in a timely manner. Make sure you get all issues in writing when dealing with them. They will claim everything else but what you agreed too. They verbally agreed to put me on a payment plan however when the time came, they took back what they said which led to an eviction notice on my door. Then they never submitted the "release of judgment" to get if off my record and i only know this since i applied to a new place and now i am having to fight to get this off my recored. Not to mention they constantly had issues with there payment portal and would have to pay rent with money orders.

Overall such a terrible experience. I do not recommend anyone to live here. Save yourself the time and hassle.

I lived at LTV Tower from 5-17-2022 to 4-20-2023. The apartment itself is nice but dealing with management has always been a hassle.
The latest issue I've had to deal with is getting my deposit and prorated rent refunded, but there had been issues since before I even moved in.
I was notified that the apartment I was signed to move in to would not be available the morning of my move while I working with movers at my old apartment. They gave me an apartment on a higher floor for the same price but it was extra stress at the last minute that should have been avoidable.
When I moved in, the parking spot they gave me was occupied and it turned out they had just assigned it to someone else before me. I went back to the office to get a new spot that was available then went to the new space which was also occupied because they had made the same mistake of giving me an assigned spot again. Monthly parking is $150 a month and if you are not abiding by the rules your car gets towed, so the system running it should be organized much better than this.
I moved out on 4-20-2023 and should have gotten my deposit and the prorated rent refunded to me. I had not received it so followed up on 6-15 since enough time had passed and they confirmed the amount that should be refunded, that it should be sent on 6-20, and that they would set a reminder to follow up with me on 6-20. I have not received any follow up from them since, have replied to their previous email asking for an update on 6-31, have called multiple times to only receive the answering machine during business hours, left a voice message, and have still not received any response as of today, 9-28-2023.
I like the apartment building, but the management adds so many unnecessary hassles, is difficult to get a hold of, and make it way more difficult to get your deposit and prorated rent back after confirming what the amount should be that I would not recommend LTV Tower to anyone.

Returning tenant. I absolutely love the staff, they always make sure you get the help you need and are always available unlike many downtown properties.

Rented an apartment there for 10 days in December 2022, but twice there was a junkie in the corridors of the apartment. Lots of addicts and vagrants outside. For the rest in downtown Dallas, there is really no such thing as an unpleasant atmosphere there.

Unsafe, slum, poor management. Please heed the bad reviews; they are there for a reason + I can attest to them being accurate.

I went on a tour with with Jamarco, he was very professional and was really nice. He showed me 3 apartments and he showed me all the amenities, It was nice lol. He made sure all my questions are answered to the best of his ability and he wasn’t rushing the tour like some other Apartment’s. I’m highly considering this apartment!

Lived here for about 14 months. It's great living in the same building as the Hilton. Always super clean, never had a noise problem, and always felt super safe. Referred a friend here and didn't get the referral reward, but other than that I loved this community and building.
