Great FBO! Open 24/7 and they are always nice and do a good job. Clean place, good selection of drinks and a vending machine (in the back, ask for directions). They are getting the better cookies again. Three thumbs up!

Our arrival was smooth, the facility is well equipped and clean, and Leita at the front desk was helpful and friendly.

Great FBO and facility. Looking forward to our next stop there. Very friendly staff and pretty busy.

Great fuel stop.
I've never waited long for fuel, staff is friendly. They have quality courtesy cars. Cookies are always waiting. They have a Keurig with several coffee options.
Chairs are very comfortable.

Wow what a excellent service from this FBO incredible the assist me in everything car rental, hotel, shuttle, plus all what I need for my plane 100% recommend and cheap fuel!

They ended up refunding me $69 of the invoice. More reasonable, but I didn't like fighting for it.
WARNING!
I asked their mechanic to simply pull my cowling and reconnect the front headlamp that was forgot in an oil change back in Dallas. After completion, the mechanic told me it took him 5 min and not to worry about a charge. But then they're maintenance department charged me $150! For 5 min of work! I called the supervisor and asked him to be reasonable. He refused and stood firm at $150 for 5 min of work. NEVER use their maintenance if you're passing thru!

Though I've heard rumors from locals regarding carelessness and damage to aircraft, I had no issues. Its an excellent FBO; the only thing it's missing is a movie theater in the pilot lounge. Staff was really friend; the areas were well stocked and clean.

Lost a mag while passing through the area on a ferry flight. Diverted to Lubbock specifically because of the glowing reviews - and they didn't disappoint. My mag was repaired at a competitive price, and they took care of some avionics work I needed quickly as well. Excellent communication the whole way through, and followed up with a call to check on their work a week later (and even sent a thank you card).

FBO was nice as well, polite service, comfortable seating, quiet pilot's lounge.

Really happy with my experience at Lubbock Aero. They'll be my stop whenever I'm in the area.

The dispatcher, Chasity Waters is extremely unprofessional. She does not allow complaints filed with her manager, especially when they’re about her. Instead of transferring you to a manager when there’s an issue, she will threaten to call the cops if you call again to speak to a manager. If that doesn’t work to get you to hold off on filing a complaint, she will just tell you she is going to find a way to block your number from being able to call to speak to a manager and continue to hang up on you. Not only that, but she will delete any negative reviews about herself. Oh, cherry on top, CHASITY applauds domestic violence and assault on women. Stay safe people, and AS FAR AWAY from this “woman” as possible. Keepin it classy Lubbock Aero.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Avionics technician answered all my questions on avionics work we had done. Comfortable and clean lounge area.

A great place to fly in and out of. The staff are friendly and prompt to assist you with anything you need.

Very professional inside and out. Their maintenance department is top notch and keeps you in the loop. The linemen are attentive and efficient. And now that they bought Chaparral, they will have plenty of room to handle anything.

Very friendly staff, nice clean FBO. Treat little single engine parties the same as a rich chartered jet.
