I love to shop and also donate items here. They have a good selection on gently used items at fair prices. The staff is friendly and helpful, too.

When this store was in melody square, it was great. Prices were low and people like me could actually afford to shop there. Listen they have boxes of flooring that are twice the price of home depot. Jeans for 20 bux? Every clothing item at the old location was 2 bux. I don't know who's shopping there because I'm never going back.

This is the worst supposed "called" thrift store! The prices are horrible high! There are items with same or higher prices than brand new! Never come back again!

Prices are ridiculously high. The people need ing furniture at a cheap price won't find it here! If you're going to pay store prices, night as well shop new!

The worsted place for second hand! The prices on everything are horrible high! They want to sell like a high quality store!

I did not know that there was only one location now. The other store that they use to have was bigger and had a wider variety of things.

Habitat for humanity? I don't see humanity anywhere on this premises. The prices are ridiculous for items that are in TERRIBLE quality and condition, yet they claim to only take new or like new items into the shop. PLEASE, don't waste your time here unless you have a couple hundreds you want to throw into the trash. Save yourself the headaches and stress. There's many other business that are more respectful to their customers and have quality control.

Look around for yourself upon entering. High prices on clothes and shoes that have holes and miscellaneous stains on them.

The owners are acting like they're running a Louis Vuitton boutique and brand name furniture warehouse and act offended when people walk in and walk out momentarily after looking at the quality of the merchandise.

Owners of the store need to be humbled heavily. They're supposed to be helping others, but it seems they want to deter anyone and everyone from them instead.

For old used furniture is way to expensive. They say it's to help build homes for low income families yet the families can't afford to buy your used furniture. The staff is very polite and friendly. When I was their several people were asking why so expensive for donated used items. I could tell they are tired of answering that question and visibly upset. Great prices on dishes, and clothes.

A true example of beggars can be choosers. Tried donating a great couch only to find out that it “it was too damaged”, it was a well-used couch with no stains & had a few threads pulls here & there but all in all nothing 5 minutes and a pair of scissors could not have fixed. We have donated heavily to the organization over the years but apparently their standards have gone up considerably. Thankfully, the people at Goodwill were thrilled to get the donation, it is a little more inconvenient but well worth it to just go there.

The sales man was trying to make me pay more for my furniture. And then when they delivered it they tore my new couch.it was a mess.never again.

Habitat for Humanity ReStore is definitely a overpriced scam, asking unreasonable prices for product when it should be less like $60 for a massed produced product when $10 would be reasonable. If you want furniture then that’s basically what they are and not a thrift store as listed. More like a used furniture shop if anything. If you want bargains go elsewhere as they are definitely not the place.

Nice clean place to pick up some gently used household items, ceiling fans, paint, and doors. The also have furniture, clothing, and new rugs. Staff is very friendly. New location as of a year ago, old one was a bit bigger.
