I highly recommend Dr. Schmid and his entire staff. From the consultation through post op care every member of his staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The procedure was smooth from start to finish and I am very happy with my results.

This establishment is a joke. To preface, I had a breast augmentation performed by Dr. Mooty in May. The augmentation itself looks good, but my experience as a whole was so embarrassingly bad. Every time I went in the office, I waited 45+ minutes to see the doctor which, when you are paying as much as you are, has got to be a joke. On the day of my surgery, they had me down for a completely different implant size than we had agreed on pre-op. Everyone was clearly irritated with me, but I'm making a body altering decision, I don't see how this is cause for irritation. At this point I should have backed out. After surgery, I did not see the doctor and I literally woke up and was ushered to walk back out to the car. I have had a few surgeries before, and the fact I wasn't even offered water post op was mind blowing. You should see your doctor immediately after surgery, which I did not. I didn't see him until 3 weeks post op where I waited an hour and he gave me all of 5 minutes of his time. Following my surgery, I received a free syringe of Botox on my Alle account. They proceeded to redeem that for me and insist I must use it in their Med Spa. I have an injector I trust and I will NOT go to anyone else. I paid for the implants, therefore I should be able to use the free syringe wherever I prefer. I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. If you know what's best, look elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience with the Lubbock Plastic Surgery Institute. Dr. Schmid and his entire staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Schmid did not hesitate to answer all of my questions regarding my surgery, and he did so in a professional and courteous manner. His office staff is wonderful, everyone I have dealt with has been extremely nice and helpful. On the day of surgery, I cannot believe how wonderful and smooth everything went! Dr. Schmid and the nurses and anesthesiologist were suberb with their attitude and bedside manner. This was the best surgery experience I have ever had! I highly recommend!

I am a 53 yr old woman who needed a breast reduction and lift. Dr. Daniele was very professional and kind. They got me in and out and the recovery time was virtually painless. I highly recommend Dr. Daniele and his staff were so wonderful

Dr. Schmid is amazing. I just had an upper and lower blethroplasty with brow lift and it's FABULOUS. He is definitely blessed and I'm very pleased that I chose him. He did breast augmentation on me 20 years ago too which is still awesome. Thank you Dr. Schmid.

Heidi is the best! I got my first ever lip filler from her and absolutely loved it! I then got some more lip filler at a different place out of town and they really messed me up. I came back to Heidi and she has worked so hard to fix my lips and get them back to how I want them! She has been so so supportive and sympathetic to my situation. I have no doubts that she is the BEST! I will never go to anyone else for lip filler or Botox ever again!

Dr. Daniele is the best- professional, so knowledgeable, and highly skilled. He explained everything very clearly to me during my consultation, really took his time to hear my concerns, and was there through every step of the process. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Daniele is professional, and down to earth. He makes you feel comfortable during your visit and walks you through everything step by step. He definitely will exceed your expectations. I cannot recommend Dr. Daniele enough.

BIG DAY! I had waited 3 months for this appointment and I was beyond excited! My appointment was at 3: 00pm on a Monday for a breast augmentation consultation. I traveled 2 hours to see Dr. Schmid. I arrived at 2: 50pm, got checked in then sat in a room until 3: 57pm before Dr Schmid finally came in. He speed talked for a few minutes and I didn’t get any questions in before I was sent to the scheduling office. I told the scheduler, Devon, that I had a few questions for Dr. Schmid and she said to ask them during pre op. The team seemed very unprepared from the moment I walked in the door. Everything felt rushed and I left feeling very unsatisfied.
