Awesome place to stay at. Very quiet park and management really go out of their way to help you out. I travel 9 to 10 months out of the year, and this is definitely one of my best experiences at an rv park! I Look forward to staying here again next time I travel to Lubbock for work.

Driving from CO, Theda kept in contact with us to make sure we made it in okay with a very late arrival! She was so warm and welcoming! We had an easy pull through spot perfect for our 40 ft motorhome pulling a Jeep. Used the bathroom facility on the way out and they were nice and clean! We will stay here again!

Take down that picture and stop tricking visitors and travelers THAT IS NOT LUBBOCK, nothing here is that green. Do not be fooled, people. First thing on the page and the only image whatsoever and its an outright lie.is that one of the core company values, dishonesty if it fills spaces? I would skip this one, I mean. I've heard of catfishing, but not from a trailer park!

This is my favorite RV Park to stay at. I stayed for about 7 months for work. Theda, the park manager, is awesome and always helpful. Everyone is friendly, pet friendly place. Huge spots and double wide roads make pulling into spots super easy, laundry and bathroom/showers are always clean.

We stayed at Red Raider for five nights. We had a pull through full hookup site that was very long to accommodate our trailer and tow vehicle. The park was quiet during usual hours and appears to have more full time tenants than travelers like us. There is a facility housing restrooms that need a code to get in (we never received a code) and laundry with two washers and two dryers. The sets appeared to not cost anything but we did not use them so we are not positive if there is another method for payment. There is a small playground are for kids, too. It is gated but the gate remains open.
During our stay, temperatures dipped overnight below 32 degrees and our water froze. This happened for three of our nights. Somewhat surprised the park did not do anything to prevent this or the possibility of their pipes bursting like we have experienced at other parks. We also experienced some loud music, but it was well within reasonable hours. There were a few days where tenant dogs were running around loose. Common problem? Not sure since we were there for such a short stay. The park manager was helpful, responsive, and kind.

Clean and friendly park. On-site management fantastic! Will definitely stay again. Nice grass area for my dogs, hopefully they will have a dog park soon. Thank you!

Peaceful, clean air, country like feel. Went to a service job there with my husband. Just visiting.

We stayed one night in a pull through site because it had a good rating and was on our highway route.
The price was fair and the manager was friendly. It is a small gravel park with what seems like mostly permanent residents.
There was a lot of rain so it was very muddy. We have dogs we walked around the park. A dog area was listed but we did not find one. This park was ok for one night but I would not stay longer myself. Many of the residents have heaps of junk outside their RVs. Many also have dogs tied up in their sites. One site even had a makeshift dog enclosure made from fence boards with multiple dogs barking from inside. There really isn’t anywhere to walk pets, and there is an enormous amount of dog poop anywhere we could find to walk ours.
I feel sorry for anyone who lives there and takes care of their site area and had to look at all the other sites. Mostly feel sorry for the dogs we saw. The management/owners really misrepresent this place with the photos and descriptions on google and are complicit in the state of this park.
