Been coming here for many years and absolutely love this place! Don is always quick to remind me of Lady’s Day so I can save a buck on my future visits. Speedy oil changes and inspections. Bad weather today so I got both done in 45 mins! -
There’s a grumpy mechanic on occasion. If he gave clearer instructions he wouldn’t get asked (what he feels are) dumb questions. Thankfully only had to tolerate his curmudgeon behavior for 15 mins, but sending strength to his coworkers! ;)

I did not go for an oil change, but rather an inspection. It was a little hard to find behind the lube shop, but reasonably quick and efficient in getting the inspection done.

They did my oil change in 15 minutes.
They also screwed up and oil has been leaking on my driveway for 3 days now.
I'd rather have a complete job than a fast one, and it isn't even fast because now I need to spend twice the time and take it back to them so they can fix their error.

Went in for an oil change and inspection middle of the week, mid day. The oil change was done in 15 mins, but waited over an hour and a half for an inspection. I don't mind waiting my turn when days are busy and I took a ticket when I got there.they were servicing #13 and my ticket was #17. Ok nbd, not too bad. The gentleman running inspections took 6-7 cars before me, including two cars without tickets between calling #16 and #17.

Not sure if there was an appointment list I didn't know about, but it was frustrating thinking I was next and watching them take what seemed to be a few walk ons. Next time I'll call and ask if I have the option to make an appointment.

I've been going to Pitstop for at least 20 years now. Best, most honest, and reliable place. Won't go anywhere else!

After two weeks morning early had to jump-start other car I saw my engine oil cap is on a side instead of properly installed made me sad they are in a hurry to get next, next, and next customer not doing they're work properly

Quick and convenient. Didn't try to upsell anything. $100 for 0w-16, I guess this is the going rate.

Went for a vehicle inspection. 3 people ahead of me and I was done and out in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service and friendly. I like the chairs outside so you can enjoy a break instead of sitting in your car. Highly recommend!

Came here for an inspection. They have a whole separate area they do inspections in. They got me in and out fast and for only $18.

The only place I go for oil changes and emissions. Other emissions places have always found things that I don't need so they can make more money. Not Lube Pitstop! Always honest, fast, personable, no matter who's there. Highly recommended!

Very fast service. Full synthetic was $110, same price as jiffy lube. They did not try to upsell me which is great.
There is a line to tip the staff, and the guy did stand over me seeing if I tipped.i am sure it is not "mandatory" to tip.

Good experience with a state inspection. I got there prior to opening time and waited at a table under some large shade trees. You need to pull a numbered ticket to get your turn for inspection.

This is the only place I take my cars for yearly inspections. Just nice and down to earth guys! The are usually busy when I go, but it's never a horrendous waiting period!
